Cheers for your help guys/gals <3 definitely think a change of surgery is well over due.

@zzz101 - ive tried Kratom before but just didnt get anything from it really apart from some strange bowel movememts :)... im 31 next month, ill put the 6 years out down to my immaturity ;)
 
You can ask to see a different GP Mr Mist at your own surgery. Every GP if I remember correctly has a specialist interest or area of expertise especially since the GPwSI. General practitioners we have to remember are just that General... It may be worth asking at your surgery what specialist areas the Drs there have..or finding out online if you get a list of their names. If they refuse to move you to a different Gp surgery I am wondering if you could do a bit of homework and find out if their is a GP surgery locally with someone that will have a better understanding of you and your needs.

You could probably ask a surgery near or out of your postcode area to take you on on the basis you need a GP with a specialist area in Drug use etc etc. Usually they won't allow it as it used or still is based on postcode so if there is ever a need for a GP call out they weren't far! Never made sense to me as my old GP if on call still was bloody miles away.

Feel like absolute shite. Went to bed 8:30 last night, 7:30 the night before and I'm still wrecked. Think I have a virus or something. I could really do with a sickie today but can't. You know that feeling when you'd give your right arm to just go back to bed?

I don't like injections myself even though I've tattoos n am a blood doner.

That's one thing I'm looking fwd to once I'm off subbies n antidepressants - giving blood again. I love the idea of knowing I 'm helping / contributing to help people.

I'm wondering how to go about heing a bone marrow doner as would be interested in being one v

Surprisingly fresh as a daisy here, despite only getting four hours of sleep after a modest few drinks. I dropped a modafuck just in case I start flagging later, but I probably needn't have done so. Ah well.

Sounds awfully close to symptoms of depression to me. May not be, may be a seasonal thing, but sleeping for that long and feeling drained the next day isn't a good sign.

Could well be associated with going to bed too early too. Fuck knows. Just worth considering.
 
@ evey and the bone marrow thing
if you ever used iv drugs then no. drug abuse might be a problem.
also, it isnt a procedure like giving blood. you are matched to a patient and then go on to the procedure. so technically you d have to be clean all the time.
