I never really got bad comedowns anyway.No offence but why do some of you take certain drugs when all I hear is how miserable they make you feel with the come downs? Is it worth it? You could get true happiness - and better mental health from the endorphin rush of exercise, healthy eating n clean air as well as vitamin D.
What take stuff that make you have these horrific comedowns????

If you tried stims, psychs etc you'd understand. Why did you take codeine to the point it caused you consequences, that can be seen as ludicrous with that chain of thought..

Comedowns aren't that bad, if you moan that much about having a comedown then you're either a complete wimp, super sensitive to a type of drug, or you majorly overdid it with something. Usually the last one.
I do agree there. That remark about Father Christmas was uncalled for. Raas did nothing to warrant that. All he did was defend me when everyone was saying I'm talking bollox.

Ok let's elaborate. If you are training. Say to get ripped / toned / bodybuild or whatever then YES you need a programme where you work
Out different muscle groups separately. This is to ensure that each muscle group is repaired before the next workout because you get micro tears in the muscles (that's how they build. It prevents over-training, which occurs if muscle groups are worked without time for them to repair. Also gives all muscle groups chance to be worked through the week so you've not got, say perfectly toned arms n shite legs.
If you are aiming for simple weight-loss, whether or not depends on the individual and a number of factors ie motivational factors etc.

its going good i know its only a few days in but i feel different healthy in mind n body at the minute
i dont really know how to repond.
my comment was more or less about people being usually overenthusiastic and a bit too hopeful about their goals and means to get there. weight loss is not easy for most people, in that we re usually talking about losing ~10% of someone s weight at least, and that requires a lot more dedication than people think, including permanent lifestyle changes.
losing 2kg a month and then putting it on again in winter or a few more months later doesnt mean anything. nor losing weight without thinking properly about diet, sleep, hydration, exercise. a lot of effort people put into weight loss is wasted and can even do more harm then good, which is why i think that people who really need to lose weight (obese BMI>30) should seek some form of help
