Hate the needle unless given in a medical context. I have nothing against those whose it's their gig, it's just a pain to see so many suffer though. My approach is what's plungeable is pluggable so I drop my pants instead of my sleeve.
 
i have a needle fetish

when i was a kid i had needle-phobia since after an episode of drawing blood that i almost fainted right after. apparently you put that childhood fear together with getting instantly high and bam you have a weird fetish. it started as getting the most out of my morphine pills and experiencing this legendary shit they say is 'shooting up' out of pure curiosity and now i have this fetish. i'm not gonna vote though, i'm still young and don't have a lot of history shooting up, but i bet it's definitely a terrible 'hobby'. i try to stay away from it but i saw already what a bunch of coke and a few rigs can do with my arm...
 
I was a heroin addict so I shot up several times a day. I liked the IV rush for sure, especially speedballs. The needle for me was a means to an end, economically and for the rush. Didn't like the feel of sticking it in, but I liked the cooking up a shot ritual aspect of it. Actually, when my guy friends would fix me it did have a sexual aspect to it. It was a metaphor for sex.

Shits crazy man it just pulls you along and you keep going finally got a ringer that i was chasing at three of three grams.

I was with a girl who shot up and she would let load up her shit and hit her.
Of course this just brought up more curiosity over something that's already so taboo.

She dumped me I was being reckless and had a pretty hefty hydromorph habit going

so I figured what the hell I did it and immediately got caught up in chasing what I thought an Iv high would be like.
Cost me and my family a lot of money in the process, but the worst part of it all is losing the trust of people who had your back no matter what.
 
For one who absolutely animalistacilly enjoys the needle, my ultimate pleasure is the actual injection as I watch my vein swallow that shit as its deeply penetrated via the needle. My "point" is that I would feel half assed and powerless if I depended on others to hit me; that's the main dish for me. I feel like I won the lottery as soon as that plunger bottoms out and I slowly remove the needle for sexual kicks as well. The rush is sex fueled which only intensifies my needle fetish greatly. Everyone knows this, though. I get off watching my own shots via cam as I rush at times. I am the only one who can film a shot in such a manner at this point. Up close and without remorse. Fun shit!
 
I have only had IV at a hospital ! im to scared to do it myself for fear of liking it and going down the IV rabbit hole

hell yeah, shooting coke (anything really, never shot up with any one else, nobody i know does it) has that feel to it... it feels like it's, of needle and man... btw i just got my hands on a box full of 30mg MSIRs so yeah, speedballin will happen soon enough =D hell yea...

I was trying to slam 50 units of meth but couldn't find a vein and Pandora sublime was playing. When I finally found one and the blood flashed back the chorus to "saw red" played. I laughed ironically and then slammed probably the best rush of my life that I didn't overdose from.
 
love and hate it..............love the rush you get from banging up a shot and hate the fact that now I am hopelessly hooked on it
and the first time I injected myself after having been dependant on others to do it for me was a rush in itself...but has also opened a pandoras box.
 
I dig the needle ritual and the unbeatable high. Guilty of reckless injecting tho. H and coke speedballs to neck. IM tar abscesses resulting in sepsis. Haven't used one in 4 yrs. Better for me and for sure my family but lord i'll always miss it.
 
Don't use them and don't care if others do but I absolutely hate them being littered everywhere.

But can anyone tell me i had a shot today didn't miss, no lump, blood registered, it was the right colour blood and everything (I didn't hit an artery)
For the first time ever in my life instead of shot going in hitting heart then rush in a matter of seconds it actually took a good 2 minutes to start feeling it at all then the rush was not even worth calling a rush it just slowly came on - and the other thing was my boyfriend had the exact same stuff and amount as me and it hit him instantly and hard - it was so bizarre this has never happened to me before , anyone have any theories??
 
I'm an IV user and I hate that too its disgusting and there's no need for it, all it does is give people like me a bad name. I can honestly say I have always disposed of my used needles properly, my choice to use them so shouldn't become someone elses problem.
