Father, photographer, Child Pornographer.

I have no doubt that the father took all those photos in the best possible taste (unashamed Kenny Everett reference). But as Raas sez, perhaps he should have been a little more in tune with how other people may interpret them. I have photos of my kids naked when they were young, but I certainly wouldn't publish them on the internet for obvious reasons. The fact he did publish them makes me a little suspicious of his motives - is he being deliberately provocative, or just fuckin' stupid?
 
You mean to say the guy should've taken into account the sheer stupidity of certain sections of the public before posting his photos?

I'd hate to live in a world like that.

If your in a 'public place' you should expect your behavior to be recorded ! If you take a piss in a bush, you take your kids underwear off at the beach - does that make the guys recording you / your kids perverts ?

Unfortunately this is true but I think people that do this are pretty nasty people.

The only thing wrong about those photos in my opinion is the fact that they may be a potential source of embarrassment for the girl when she's older. I really don't agree with putting photos of your children online generally speaking.

Well said. However, I do NOT agree that 'if your (sic) in a public place you should expect your behavior (sic) to be recorded'. When did we suddenly become a society where it is unreasonable to expect privacy?
 
I don't mean it's an acceptable thing to do, I'm just saying it happens a lot. It's not right though!

there is a line, but i think it varies from case to case...
the problem i see is that some feel the line should be drawn down in laws.

and sadly, being recorded is the price we pay for our ability to record in the first place. any power we gain can and will be used against us sometime...
 
There is no limit to people's kinks. I bet there are more than a few princess fetishes out there, do we stop posting pictures of all kids parties?

Who as a kid didn't have a terrible haircut that they'd be embarrassed to show their school friends when they were older? What's the worse you will face, a bit of ribbing? If you can't handle a piss take or dare I say some harmless bullying as a kid then you'll be fucked once you are an adult. The big people will be waiting for you and you will be the tea and biscuit bitch at every workplace you attend.
