Hi there,

I would like to ask you for some help and learn from your wealth of experience with various substances.

------------------ About me – you can skip ----------------

A few words regarding my person: I suffer from adhd and get dexamphetamine (I guess it’s Dexedrine in US?) by prescription. My mood was pretty balanced and all in all everything was fine during my studies, when I was able to organize my day in line with my needs. It is absolutely necessary for me to be able to do some sports or at least go for a walk for 2 hours a day.

Some months ago I finished my studies and got a job. An office job, where I have to sit in front of the computer the whole day. That’s no problem for – let’s say 8 hours or 9 hours if it’s necessary. But there are “these days”, where we have to work for let’s say 12 or 14 hours.

-------------------

In order to get enough sleep, which is also essential for me to concentrate, I am then not able to get my daily exercise. In this evenings I feel really uncomfortable. Although I am tired, I feel restlessness, my legs tingle, and I get into a bad mood – depressed or dysphoric, I cry without any reason and feel miserable. What helps:

-Cannabis helps good, but I have a bad sleep and hangover the next day, so it’s no solution for me.

-MDMA does also a great job, my mood really improves when I take about 100mg and I enjoy the evening. But there is the tolerance and also the neurotoxicity issue, which makes this drug unsuitable to use let’s say two times a week although I never have any bad mood from it - the opposite is the case, the next day I feel relaxed and am more productive than any other day.

-I also tried 5-Meo-Dalt,which gives me nausea and does not feel really great ... on the other hand one could argue that this is perfect, given that I am looking for something that does isn't addictive. It is like choosing between devil and deep blue sea, at least my bad mood is going away.

So that's what I tried 'till today. I never snorted stuff, I don't use it to stay awake the whole night, I only take single doses and moderate amounts. All I want is to function the way I need to, to get my life managed.

Therefore I am more looking for a therapeutic, than for a recreational drug. My doctor can't help with this, I already told her my problems but I don't have to expect any help from her excepting anti depressants, which I won't use because my problems are present for about 6 or 8 hours a week.

What I am looking for:

- something to improve my mood (e.g. Selective serotonin releasers or - maybe more safe - (partial) agonists on Serotonin receptors) in the short term

- a substance with a duration of about 3, 4 hours without hangover the next day when used moderate. without any (or at least physical) addictive potential

- non (neuro-)toxic

- which I can purchase in deep or clear web easily (so please don't come up with e.g. mdai)

Mostly any phenylethylamines I read about seem not to fit this requirements, nor does alcohol, and benzos because of tolerance and toxicity issues, which lead into the advice to use them <once a month.

I would really appreciate any ideas or maybe experience with the same kind of mood problems and how you cope with them.

Sorry for any mistakes, english is not my mother tongue.Best wishes , Glueh.

i'm not sure of what you're asking for here... are you asking for suggestions for a drug that you can take recreationally/therapeutically?? at the end of the day to unwind without any consequences?

we're not allowed to tell you what drug to take here or there but i'll try and give you a hand before it gets closed:

unfortunately you're in a bit of a pickle there. there aren't any.

you won't get SSRI's prescribed as you're on dexamphetamine. they don't mix well. they also suck nuts.

have you tried taking supplements such as l-tryptothan at night? there's a supplement called MRM-Relax-all with Phenibut that i used to take in the evenings that would really help me unwind and i would always wake up the next day in a better mood. in fact i'm going to order some now.

however - phenibut shouldn't be used for more than 5 days in a row, so perhaps buy the one without phenibut in it (although it is a tiny dose in the capsules).

No, I regret if I did not, express myself sufficiently clearly - I really don't want you to tell me what drug to take! I shouldn't each and every time write tooo much personal blabla stuff.

What I actually was looking for, was a drug that is some kind of sedating, relaxing, chilling, listening to some music or having sex and get some sleep ...BUT:

- non neurotoxic, non addictive, non-hangover-y (is this the way in english adjectivizations are formed?) and lasts for about 3 to 4 hours

I need this for my ... final year project (because I suspected you to have a bad influence on my mood, I decided to pretend I was someone else, so that his mood would get bad and therefore told you what I wrote upstairs).

Any benzofuranes or maybe this x-Meo-Mipt or whatever stuff or why not APBs? Something to smoke? Tell me what you would smoke or whatever you would do to blow your fucking mind away!

(Thanks so far - I already take 5-HTP and will give this Phenibut a try! ;))
