Today has been ouch again. After the nth repetition of dislocating my shoulder yesterday I woke up in serious pain with it popping/crunching/feeling generally fucked and had to go to the hospital.

Was a great service though tbh. I was in and out in about 2 hours I reckon in which time they x-rayed just to make sure I had relocated in properly and that there were no chips of bone floating about, gave me a box of codeine despite my history and between that and the sling they gave me it's dealt with the pain quite nicely. The doctor sort of half asked if I wanted something stronger than paracetamol/ibuprofen and when I said yes she actually asked what I wanted! Thought saying morphine might be taking the piss a bit so I said dhc but unfortunately they don't carry it at a+e so she just bunged me a box of codeine 30s.
