Your word of the day.

My excessive use of the word 'though' drives me nuts too. I do try to take a few out now and then but it is a very handy word - particularly when you're contrasting two things or ideas or anything really. I overuse a lot of words and stock phrases (absolutely is another one - probably more when speaking than typing *ahem* though).

Word for today is fortuitous.

Same, ugh I spend so long typing a message sometimes just because I'm trying not to use that fucking word :X Glad I'm not the only one feeling the pain. I say 'if I'm honest' quite a lot online but never do in real life. I also swear a lot online and absolutely never do in real life. Strange.

Word: Remorseful.
 
I have the 'though' problem as well. Have to go back and take it out/find a synonm in so much of my written work.
 
Lol whatever gave you that idea ;)

I only tried a bit actually because I wasn't feeling well earlier and it was nice but it made me feel more unwell so I decided to have a proper go another day. Getting a load of coke on Wednesday though so will probably go mad on that for a while first.
