Frumious Bandersnatch
Hi.
Lately I´ve started to notice that the morning/day after taking benzos, Im less likely to become depressed.
Im depressed a lot of the time but not in the "classic" way there one is depressed 24/7, mine comes in waves if you will, kind of like what you see in people suffering from bipolar, only that I dont have manic episodes.
Anyways, I´ve been taking benzos in order to live with social anxiety for about 3 years now (not everyday, im not addicted and dont have a noticeable tolerance) but I tend to take them in order to relax and sleep sometimes too.
As I said, lately I´ve noticed that the day after taking benzos, Im a lot less likely to become depressed during the day, especially in the morning.
It happens with low doses, like 30 mg of Oxazepam.
Does anyone else experience the same thing the day after?
Does anyone have a scientific explanation on why this might be?
Thanks.
