What kind of shape is your body in?

What sort of training did you do etc? used to be so into it... felt buzzing after... lot of body weight training... i remember this muscley fucker in the gym barley able to do 5 wide arm pullups, i could belt out about 25 in a row. cant do that now tho

kickboxing, bit of bjj

I could do fuck all pull ups, it's harder for tall people that's my excuse.8)

Strangely enough, when I was like 15 & 115lbs... I could do like 20 pull ups no bother.

These days (last year) I could do like 10 strict wide arm from a dead hang.

I guess although I'm skinny, I've got some muscle too. So lean really... I just have a small frame.

Don't knock the trifecta though. Squats, Bench & Deadlifts. I was able to Deadlift twice my bodyweight before Christmas but I doubt I could now... I've lost a lot of mass from my back, well everywhere to be fair :p

I was into boxing, muay thai and taekwondo

This was me at 74kg, 4 years ago

I've blacked out the shorts so that the club I'm fighting for isn't revealed. And also to give the illusion that I'm fighting naked.

Lol yeah you look really similar build to me but maybe a little heavier set. I was at 81kg there but I'm guessing you're a fair bit shorter than 6'5".

Just dislocated my shoulder for about the 10th time in the past fortnight, it's getting silly now. Just been on the phone about going to get a Leeds-Kuff patch put in, which would be really good, but there's only one man in the country doing this surgery so I know it will be silly expensive.

Yeah same lost loads... never bothered with squats and deadlifts but used to bench quite often, cant remember how much now though. free weights sometimes but worked lifting steel all day for a job, helped a quite a bit. that combined with gym was a serious effort on a meph comedown, dunno how i did it, doubt id be able to do it now. used to be in the gym with heart palps, felt fully on dizzy as fuck after cardio and some weights a few times, thought i was gonna conk out lol. wicked buzz from training though. if i didnt have glasses i was gonna look into boxing, bit of a shame but nevermind

Whos your favorite boxers?

Thread needs more photos.

And.. slim and healthy-looking, or too skinny, depending on who's giving me their unwanted opinion. (Though I agree with the former.) ;)

Cool, gonna look him up on youtube dont think ive seen any of his fights

He's probably the most famous muay thai fighter to have existed (well, nak muay anyway), unless you like muay thai or k1 he's unlikely to mean anything to you though.

If you want a good queensbury rules fight to watch then watch Tommy 'Hitman' Hearns against Marvin Haggler.

My weight has dropped down to just under 10.5 stone so i'm kinda twiglet shaped at the moment. Saying that, the most i usually weigh is around the 11 stone mark so not exactly chunky

Cheers, will have a look. you seen Joe Calzaghe?

I am just pushing 14 stone and am a touch over 6ft. I was 11 stone last year but coming off amphet and not doing mdma most weekend has allowed me to bulk back up. I am getting back into training but am limited as only have 20% mobility in my right arm (wanking is 80% less fun) and my left knee is fucked so its hard to do any training really but I am trying to do what I can. Going to get a set of kettle bells soon and see how I get on with them. I was supposed to have another operation on my arm to re-break and reset it but I passed on the offer, bit stupid in hindsight and I am always worried that if I start lifting heavy weights that I will snap it again. Physically I am in the best shape I have been in for a long while but I am still a state and I cant say the same for the state of my mental health.
