Ones that need forklifts and ones that don't.

Could he have taken some common-sense measures to avoid this? Absolutely.
Is it ever right to take away a person's freedom because they have made a personal choice to use/sell a plant? Absolutely not.
It's sort of shocking to see people exclaim that he deserves this. Let's not forget, he is being put away for using/selling a plant, those are his crimes, not for posting stupid pictures on Facebook. Call him stupid all you like, but being stupid is not a crime, and using/selling a plant should not be a crime, certainly not one which warrants imprisonment.

A guy i know ended up in court for possession of Cannabis with intent to traffic (he got caught with a load of hash, hash oil and weed) along with possession of cocaine. At the same time a fucking pedo who sexually abused his step daughter for years was going through court too. The guy i knew ended up doing nearly a year on some bullshit drug charges while that scum of the earth pedo got no prison time at all just fucking probation :X

Just thinking about how fucked up that is makes me wanna puke. Harper got tough on crime alright as in victimless crimes as the freedom to do as you choose without hurting anyone else seems to be a foreign concept in Canada. We can't have those big bad hash dealers walking around now can we 8) . Mean while scum of the earth paedophiles are free to go round buggering kids all they want with just a slap on the wrist ffs! Granted there have been enough red coats aka RCMP accused of sexual assault that it's no wonder that they get off easy. Some of our politicians especially the Conservatives are no better.

Sure this guy in Florida was a fucking moron for sure and was asking for it but since stupidity is not a crime i sure as fuck don't think he should get anymore then a bitch slap to wisen him the fuck up. What is it with kids these days anyway who need to advertise all the illegal shit they do especially drugs. I have seen morons post a bag of cocaine that would be enough for a trafficking charge for sure while bragging about how much cash they are pulling in ffs. Getting locked up for something as dumb as this is certainly no badge of honour. Still though i can't believe that some people on here seem to think he deserves it. Being dumb is not a crime and he certainly deserves no prison time or even a record for this.
 
Keep in mind Harper passed the C-10 omnibus crime bill when crime was at its lowest rate in forty years after he won a majority with the lowest voter turnout in Canadian history. Democracy fails.

Yeah and to top it all off despite the fact that more Canadians would be getting locked up as a result of this bullshit never seen before in Canada he closed down Kingston pen because ya know Canadian prisons both Federal and Provincial aren't overcrowded enough as is 8) . Where i live you have people in for DUI in the same prison as people doing time for manslaughter and even murder if they are awaiting transfer to federal as they closed down the minimum security prison here ffs. That combined with the brutal conditions in HMP and the massive overcrowding and they wonder why violent incidents have gone through the roof in there.

Democracy is not a failure as Canada is not a democracy by any stretch of the imagination.
 
That fact they doubled the time needed to even apply for a pardon says a lot about what his real motives are. The most painful thing is that if it wasn't for his crime policies I would support most of what he is doing.
