Which would perhaps be grounds to consider temporary insanity - half-crazed is at least halfway towards being actually crazed. Not that I believe for one moment he would have lost the plot to that extent simply through hearing a noise in the bathroom whilst lying alone in a bed he was sharing but moment earlier but lawyers are lawyers and given how shonky his story is it's no big surprise they'll at least try for temporary insanity.

They'll try their best to claim he has a screw or two loose.... But apparantly he was checked that day

I wonder how murdering your wife affects the houses marketing value? Does the publicity and fame of the house make it rise in value? or does it become some kind of stigma and lower the value?

Did Oscar have an extension built to it? of course he did...
 
I'd sooner live in a house where someone was murdered, than a house that was repossessed out from under someone. The murderer is in prison and the victim is dead, and I had nothing to do with either of them. But in the latter case, I'd feel at least somewhat complicit in making someone homeless by sheer virtue of living in their ex-home. Plus, they might be at large and annoyed and looking to move back in. (She got a foreclosure. They're coming back for closure. The Squatters - in cinemas now, certificate 18. Own it on Blu-Ray and DVD from next week.)
 
^ True, but many will certainly be put off and that could mean at some point you would trouble selling it for a good price. Or it might increase it, due to "spook value". I'm not sure... You could make money off ghost tours? It would be cutting edge...

The prosecution says this shows that Pistorius knew Steenkamp was behind the toilet door when he opened fire. However, the athlete insists that he was the one screaming, first at the "intruder" to get out of his house and then again when he realised he had killed Steenkamp.


lol@ his girlie screams. I wonder if he had to prove it in court, "Go on Oscar, scream like a girl, prove it could have been you".
