Amphetamine probably has a better shot at legalization. Many people seem to be under the impression that meth is fully illegal, despite the fact that it can be legally proscribed for ADHD and obesity. Amphetamine and methylphenidate, on the other hand, are widely used and accepted in ADHD treatment.Marijuana sucks ass.. I prefer Meth anyday to be legalized.. at least pharmaceutical Meth like Desoxyn.. or shit even just plain ole dextroamphetamine like dexedrine!
Of course, that condition is almost certainly overdiagnosed, but that might actually work to our advantage. If little kids can take amphetamine every day without turning into a bunch if crazed baseheads, there's no reason adults can't use it recreationally. The fact that a large percentage of that population likely does not actually suffer from the disorder could help steer the conversation away from "paradoxical effects" that supposedly make it impossible for someone with ADHD to get high from their meds.
