Meh, good series.

The cool thing about basketball is its kinda fun to follow the playoffs but it doesnt even hurt at all if my team loses. Its a no lose situation.

Im actually rooting for the clippers now believe it or not.
 
Kia cant even fix their golden child a championship because KD is just too good.

only other Poss I can see is if the Spurs beat Portland they might beat OKC because Kawhi Leonard
 
Loved that game. When Hibbert gets rolling there isn't a game more fun to watch imo. Paul George, Stephenson, West, and Scola all were missing their open shots, but Hibbert was just a beast last night and totally made up for it. Pacers +16 with Hibbert on the court and -12 with him off. If he can play even half this good the rest of the way with the rest of the starters just knocking down shots they typically make i'll be happy. And gonna give a shout out to George Hill cuz the guy is really under respected and over shadowed by the rest of the starting lineup.

mike I find it funny that both of our choices earlier in the year for MIP are now guarding each other in the playoffs

Goran Dragic fucked everything up though, coulda given the award to the whole Phoenix Suns team imo

Roy Hibbert is the best or 1A best defensive center, without a doubt. I just dont see him dropping 25+ points very often.

Nene is basically Anderson Varejao but with dreadlocks and more post moves. Not exactly a presence on defense though and can pick up fouls a bit easily.

Time to settle (the true) MIP on the court how it should be. Too bad theyre two different players on offense really
 
well considering the entire NBA as an organization is on their dick I dont see how they arent getting credit. Pretty sure all of our lists had all of their big 3 in each of them.

Lol Detroit might have been the most disappointing team ever.. They have so much talent on that team. I just don't get it.. They better hire Mark Jackson.

Clippers will win tonight as well. OKC doesn't know how to run an offense to save their life, and Scotty Brookes is being exposed as a mediocre coach. That ship has sailed and I think the Thunder are regressing, they won't make it to the finals for another 10 years if they don't pull some magic out of their ass this season.
 
shoulda re-signed Harden, traded Westbrook, and put Reggie Jackson at pg imo
 
Even though Durant just won the MVP, at this point I'd rather have Westbrook. He's not afraid of the big moment and will take the burden of the whole team on his shoulders.
KD is too soft mentally and especially physically. Hell neve win a championship unless he bulks up and learns how to play on the block. You can eleminate him from the game too easily.
 
Kawhi Leonard gets 10x better during the playoffs. Unbelievable how good of a player he is.. honestly he is getting close to being better than Paul George as an all around player. I think he's already a way better defender than George

Can you imagine if the Pacers didn't trade him??

Paul George and Kawhi Leonard on the same team. Would be a sick defense
 
^ Leonard is so understated, but his length and athleticism are incredible. Indiana is so fucked to have traded his draft rights away. But then again I dont trust their front office for shit. He show endow SD State with the Kawahi Leonard Cornrow scholarship, I would donate to it for lols.

It's not because of the skill man, I just don't know if he mentally has what it takes to be a champion.
I see him as being one of the top 2-3 players ever that go without winning a ring.

That is unless he leaves OKC and goes somewhere to become 2nd fiddle to another superstar. I like Westbrooks approach to the game do much more, he's fearless man.

My bets are on Washington in 5 this year. Ive come to the conclusion that Hibbert isn't any good at basketball. He's just a giant so his stats are skewed so far away from the player he is in actuality.
