Blonde definitely. Cute as hell and as close as you ccan get to perfect tits.

Usually a brunette guy too. Brunette with blue eyes, fucking amazing but really rare. Had a bit of a fling with a girl with that combination and it's absolutely stunning.

Anyone here got a tattoo? I just went to look over a tattoo studio & hand them my design to sketch up. Supposedly the artists are all too busy to do up sketches but the girl behind the desk said she would draw it up for me :D

I was surprised to find 5-6 people all crammed in the waiting area when I arrived... it's midweek!
 
I got several but they're all shite/DIY except one on my calf. What ya getting done? :)

First tattoo!

I came up with this basis for a design based on Metallica logos, I was going to get the lettering put on a scroll:

I decided 4-5 years ago if I could find a design that had some meaning to me, I might get a tattoo. I'm not really going to explain the subtleties, but it's more than just "METALLICA, FUCK YEAH!"... everyone in the world gets the ninja star but I wanted something more unique... a guy in the shop who was going for a smoke liked it - I think he might have been one of the artists.

Plan is to get the design, pin it up & look at it every day for 2-3 months to be sure it's what I want!!

Either way your reasons are probably better than 'had very vivid dream of having a rubber duck my right calf then went and did it.' :D

That's a pretty nice design tho n good plan on keeping it pinned up for a while too
 
I've seen some amusing tattoos whilst browsing but have yet to come across a rubber ducky!

I read the first 3 pages worth of results on "getting your first tattoo" & "getting a tattoo" on Google... lots of great pointers & I think the best was that bit about waiting.

Some websites said to wait 6 months or even a year but in my experience, I will lose interest in an idea after 2-3 weeks, so that should be plenty to change my mind.

*Edit* - Oh, forgot to say... I saw a guy waiting who had a James Hetfield style moustache, almost complimented him... an omen perhaps?

I overheard that the soonest appointment was 1 month away... they have 3 artists though so that might not have been for the most popular one. They are all really good judging from their portfolios but the one guy, Stix, has amazing art work...

They have an artist who does walk-ins too.

Good idea Dan... extended as in a sleeve or? I quite like the idea of a 1/4 sleeve. (Any excuse to get out the guns ;))

I've got to admit... I was never the sort of person who would do pills/powders & then I did... I was never the sort of person who get a tattoo & now I probably will be... it's strange how our principles change.
