Would think one may be rather rubbery to the touch. People can be born with two dicks - or even several of 'em (saw an old pic from a medical text I think it was on Google Images and it looked like he had a small octopus attached to his groin) - but don't think they're very likely to be quite so pr0n-friendly as that. It looked like a cast of his todger had been attached below. If anybody could do such a thing I should've thought of Giger. More or less everything he paints is barely-disguised genitalia in interesting configurations. They had to change his design for the egg in Alien cos the original wasn't the cross-slit design but just a pair of fanny lips stick on top of an egg. Believe he said he approved of the changes cos if there's anything better than a vulva it's two vulvas. The doorways into the elephant-man ship are gaping fannies too. Few dicks dotted about here and there too. Think the actual alien's head was altered to look a bit less like a bellend too. Although it still kinda does really. He has his theme and he certainly sticks to it.
