You should say "stopping" rather than "quitting" then. I frequently stop smoking. About as often as I start smoking again actually.
 
Look pretty damn safe compared with actual tobacco from that. The main concern I have is how much more nicotine I suspect I'll be consuming overall. I know I won't see using an e-cig in the same way I do actual cigs (each one of which I'm acutely aware is killing me) and I'm pretty sure I'll use more nicotine overall if/when I switch to an e-cig. Nicotine is a horrible substance but even at high (by smoking standards, not actually high (cos I know that's instadeath)) levels it doesn't seem all that bad. It feels like giving in cos I strongly suspect I'd be far less inclined to be that fussed whether or not I quit an e-cig habit compared with actual tobacco (I have numerous smoking-related deaths (including one lung cancer from passive smoking in my maternal grandfather's case) which is obviously something that weighs on my mind each time I stub one out). It still seems like that would be better than continuing as I am though.
 
I have just aquired enough pg/vg/nicotine to make up a few litres of ecig liquid that will last around 6 months. total cost 60 quid.
 
lo ceres. long time no see. I don't like the look of them and I do loves me roll ups coz I am such a lady. I've just done a week without the gear. I went and saved half a plate for my return to home so we'll see. I hate city slicking are there any lonely farmers on bl?

Just found out at the weekend one of my brothers buys his tobacco online for £20/450g. That's a fukkin deal and a half 8o

It is whole leaf tobacco mind. The shredder apparently costs ~£100 for a decent one so is a bit of an investment. Lawdy that's cheap for tobacco though. And that's the high grade stuff. The cheap shit really is cheap (and no doubt shit).
 
holy shit that trip was weird. High dose alchol/ high dose lsd are not such a good mix.
