'harsh but fair'

In reference to ridiculously strong MDA tablets that totally mangled a whole group of us unexpectedly many years ago, spent the night laughing at how utterly trollied we were and the phrase seemed to sum things up.

Probably my most meorable quote is

If the truth can be told so as to be understood, it will be believed

The words of the now dead Terrance McKenna

Snowballs are never to be forgotten, I hadnt had much in the way of pills at that time having been into acid and speed.

These pills were being produced on an industrial scale by a chemical plant in Latvia, or so the reports state. They contained over 200mg of MDA which certainly took many by suprise, loved them personally.

It was 92 when they were availible to me and in great numbers, a warehousefull of people on those was a memorable experinace.

I clearly recall finding my way to the stack and the horn tune dropped and the world changed.

Mrs A claimed she always saw a man pushing a wheel barrow around at some stage whilst on them, I can neither confirm or deny

Without having been there I can probably confirm. Seems eminently feasible given warehouseful of folk on MDA.

'92 was indeed a bit early for me. Not actually entirely sure what year it was. I think '93, maybe '94. Possibly '95 but that seems a bit late. My late teens/early twenties are kinda blurry. I can remember what happened just fine, it's the order and dates that elude me.

I have a friend who used to go to a psy-trance night in a large UK Northern city in the early '90s where everyone was on MDA.
Apparently it was incredible, the way he describes it, a 6-7 hours long extreme euphoric psychedelic buzz, always standing on the plateau, no up and downs 8o. Probably an unrepeatable experience, I'm sure the MDA which is around now is very different from the MDA which was around then. The only person I've heard of who does not like MDA is Ann Shulgin, of all people.
Sorry bit off topic...

Somewhat random PooToober comment which I've decided I like. Sounds like it's probably adapted from a more illustrious source (I recognise the first half for sure, second part doesn't ring any specific bells but I iz unejimakted so no great surprise). I approve whoever actually said it.
