Well, we can register seismic waves through all of that rock and - surprise, surprise - they show conclusively that the planet is made of of a plastic mantle, a liquid outer-core, and a solid inner-core. If the Earth was hollow there'd be no seismic waves and the P waves would most definitely not refract at between 105-140 degrees from the epicentre in the way that they do =D

Impossible, then the Earth would not have a magnetic field, since it is the moving molten metal in the outer core which is responsible for it. :?

The inner Earth has also already been mapped using seismic and shear (S & P) waves. Look up for example the Mohorovičić discontinuity and convection cells, which could not exist in this fantastical hollow-Earth scenario.

Also where do you think the energy comes from which keeps the Earth's dynamo going?

With all due respect, for me this is just as nonsensical as stating that the Earth is flat, or that the moon is made of cheese. =D

It's about as hard to imagine as life on other planets, or even more than that, but it is a very old, classic mythology with seemingly unlimitied sources.

The general idea about the hollow of the Earth is that it started with emigrations from the continent of Mu, which was before Lemuria or Atlantis, or the first Earthly civilisation, maybe the original Garden of Eden. And that people escaped then to get away from nuclear attacks on the surface and created a civilisation that is very different than ours.

Very, very long time ago. Maybe 100 000 years. So who are we to say? Just because we are told this or that by modern scientists doesn't make it true.

But this civilisation would be very advanced as it is so old. Both spiritually and technologically. Probably unlike anything we could possibly imagine. And they would seem to have ways to keep surface-dwellers out. If they are so far ahead of us technologically that wouldn't be hard and I can understand if an enlightened, utopian society wouldn't want to mix with people in our world, many of which are completely evil, corrupt, and crazy.

Besides that we are probably SO different it would freak most of us out to go there.

So these advanced beings like lava then, do they? And ridiculously high pressure? How do you suppose a species could move from the atmosphere we live under and evolve within 100,000 years to adapt the pressure hundreds of times higher? They couldn't live on the sea floor, much less kilometers underground. Maybe they're an advanced race of invertebrate, ground dwelling jellyfish? I mean, why not? Its more believable than the scenario being dreamed up above.

Or maybe they're like the trolls on Discworld, silicon based lifeforms that live off liquid manganese and sulphur?

Plate tectonics is just a Big Science conspiracy to keep the light workers down, obviously

I love a good new age weird and completely insane conspiracy hypothesis. Tectonic plates, their movement, earthquakes, volcanoes, hot springs, thermal vents etc. kind of point to the fact the Earth has a molten internal composition with a superdense core. The alternative would be what the moon is, basically a hunk of solid rock floating in space.

Ancient myths also tell us of gods transforming into bulls to have their wicked way with lovely young virgins. Other ancient religious beliefs included ceremonial sexual intercourse with animals. The Romans, as a purely random example, were well known for it. ;)

Anyway, I came across something interesting.

At the end of this documentary http://https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=b1RaIWZq5Q8 there is filmed footage of round lights in front of a mountain and the person showing it says there is a portal to the Inner Earth where UFOs enter, just in a matter-of-fact kind of way.
 
It's nothing special, just an example of the many sources pointing to it.
 
Why would they be peer reviewed? The man has his greasy hands in all the journals, and it's just what they want you to read. Making shit up wholesale with subjectively variable evidence and regurgitating it as gospel is the only reliable way of fact-finding! More importantly, belief without verification is actually more important than reliably checked facts, and should be treated equally, nay, take precedence over established theories whenever possible.

1+1=3, because I said so, because the establishment says otherwise, and because a guy in a youtube video said once. Disregard anything pointing to other answers, those are all wrong. Come fight me, bro.

I find it strange how so many think the world is just how it's presented in the media and "official" studies. It's naive to think they know everything or are always tellling the truth.

And the people who speak otherwise aren't only flaky loons. It comes from many highly intelligent academics, esotericists, high-level free masons, etc. I just think it gives it some credibility, but of course you'd need to have really looked into the sources first.

Are you familiar with the phenomenon where high-level academics who specialize in one field (physics, medicine) often present themselves as authoritative experts in other, unrelated fields, which they know comparatively little about? For instance - Linus Pauling was a brilliant chemist, but he got the idea that megadoses of vitamins would cure all. Steve Jobs was a good marketer, but he succumbed to homeopathy. And there are no end of people who aren't actually trained beyond reading magazine articles that present themselves as "educated" on issues - e.g. Jenny McCarthy, Kevin Trudeau.

Is there a liberal bias to geology now? It's not simply hearing on the news that there is a core at the center of the Earth, seismology has hundreds of years of scientific research behind it's rationale. These people devote their lives to studying the ins and outs of the physical dimensions of the inner Earth. It's not mystical hear-say like the idea that there is a crystal cave at the center of the Earth where Jesus, King Arthur and an advanced civilization can be found.

Have you read "The Secret Teachings of All Ages" by Manly P. Hall who was considered the greatest occultist of the last century? It wasn't for no reason and he wasn't just anyone. So many just seem to want to hold on to their personal bias and don't look at things really objectively.
 
By the way, Danny Dyer was a sexgod when he was a bit younger, too bad he's aging so badly.

Indeed.

Occultism requires a great deal of dogmatic belief and superstition, which is hardly objective science and doesn't provide room for a change in perception. I'd be interested in some real geological evidence that supports the theory, if you have anything I should read. A guy who claims to have seen UFOs coming out of a volcano isn't compelling enough. I could claim that I had tea with bigfoot, this doesn't provide any evidence that I had tea with bigfoot. For evidence supporting the idea of a solid core surrounded by molten rock, I recommend any geology textbook or journal.
