Two posts removed for being unnecessary - specifically the first one but the other wasn't especially helpful and certainly not left up by itself. I hope that's all out the system now and that's the last personal attack I'll have to do owt about tonight. Keep it to PMs or keep it to yourself please.

Those who don't have a clue what I'm talking about can completely ignore this post (aside from the no personal attacks bit which is always a good approach).

Hows the sober running around life going? I used to be a mad fitness fanatic, it does do wonders for the mind. Im thinking about getting back into some exercise rountine myself..

Freaky. And I was just saying how lovely the folk are in that part of the country and how well they treat visitors.

I actually am going to n wales at the end of this month, as my friend is doing a mountain leader course there.

heres an idea: a bl meetup in north wales by the mountains? Brilliant raas I come up withe the best most original ideas
