I take 60 mg of vyvanse daily as prescribed for ADHD. It's been tremendously helpful and I didn't have any issues with tolerance over the first 8 months, but for the past few weeks I was taking 20 mg boosters of adderall every couple of days and I couldn't take my usual 2-3 days off a week due to finals. As a result, my tolerance has reached a level where my normal dose of vyvanse isn't as helpful.
I'm planning on taking a break to get my tolerance back down, but I just wanted to make sure I was doing it as efficiently as possible. Right now, I'm planning on taking a month off of all amphetamines, caffeine, heavily reducing my nicotine intake, exercising everyday and supplementing daily with low doses magnesium, zinc, l-Tyrosine, DXM. Does anyone have any advice or similar experience with this? Is this a good place/Do you think I'll see significant results?
