A night at the German Club drinking steins, eating schnitzel and swaying to the one man oompa band playing Pink covers.

No hangover, time to frock up and take a boat cruise with Lycra clad women
 
Ones a rose 10% n ones white 5.5%. I'm keep away from 13% wines. I went through a phase, when I was first put on suboxone 8mg I drank heavily every night like a bottle of vodka/gin or. 2-3 bottles a night. I'd make a complete fool out of myself each night by having black outs n shite but felt so extremely empty after giving up codeine. There was no excitement or joy in life anymore but now I'm on 12 mg suboxone I don 't drink like that. I've gone down a size in weight (tho can't seem to lose more) n things are better now I'm on 12 mg

.......but I wish I knew something. Why do people get annoyed at me for being on suboxone? I said I didn't think 12 mg was much n some people call me a troll? Wtf???? How do they come up with that?

I love you guys on EADD. You get me n you don't judge me n I don't feel I need to defend myself. BL is the best forum I've been on.

I was having a drink of of wine n I had a few extra subs so I decided to have 2 mg extra see what happens.

Evey... Don't ask questions like that because you know what the response will be and then you'll get upset. You're on your suboxone and it works really well for you, so it doesn't matter whether other people think it's overkill. Just don't go there unless you can handle the inevitable.
 
evey, you need to find a way to stop giving so much weight to the opinions of others. did you read the four agreements?

I will read it, I promise. I tried giving you advice the other day but I need to learn to take that advice myself.
Is 'The four agreements,' a book because I will search for it next week when I get my money.

That quote is true. It was actually in a Barbie film that my daughter watched. I was told all this stuff in counselling training but I really to put it in practise. Especially as I've started receiving nasty E-mails again from my trolls. If it continues I may have to change my E-mail address because I've seriously had enough. I just want them to leave me alone :(

wants wrong with asking questions like that? I'm just cuious. I won't get upset if people answer amicably. I learnt some stuff from Knock you know.

EDIT: Awh you mean the codeine thing? Nah... I'm fine with that now. Someone mentioned that on another site n I was fine over it. I talked civilly with them n all was ok. Like I say I learnt something from Knock. I am rational with people now instead of getting all wound up over things.

Thank you - that was sweet of you for looking out for me but all's good. I know that people that are not gna be happy with me for being on suboxone after having a codeine addiction - but it's all kewl. I respect their opinion now as long as they respect my choice of recovery. And I have noticed that since I changed my reaction, that people on here are ok. Bluelighters are good people. They just want the best for people n try to give advice. I took things the wrong way. Now if I could get rid of my trolls from sending me abusive E-mails and to leave me alone - all would be good.
Knock tried helping me a few times and spent a few hours spent explaining stuff to me. With all that has happened, I need to learn from that, don't I?! To be rational instead of defensive.
 
I would do anything right now for some etiz, a bit of whiskey and some cigarettes. Seriously.
 
Home by 11pm on a Friday night plus an argument with the fella. Meh. :(

And also, apparently codeine doesn't agree with me that much, gets rather rash-y at even teeny amounts. Doppelmeh.
 
I wish I could have some good hard drugs right now. I had an extra 2 mg of subs and a few bottles of wine but I'm jealous of you lot. You're always on drugs and you get to feel ace I'm fucked with feeling like shite...... I'm jealous of you all lol.....

Time I had some more subs......

you have complete control over this. set up a rule in your email to just trash their emails unopened. you don't need to change your email address.

I will see if I can get that book on my iPad. Can I block their E-mails on iPhone? 18 months I've put up with these E-mails now. No more.

You can block the abusive emails by logging into your email account from a PC and setting up a "block sender" rule, as per Alasdair's advice. Once that's been done, they won't be visible on your iPhone, iPad or any other means of receiving your email.

Well worth investing a bit of time into setting this up if you have such a significant troll problem.

Because I had a drink problem after my codeine addiction, would black out n post out my E-mail, along with other stuff. I'm completely ashamed of all of this now but that's how... And because I'm naïve.

curious - I've tried this but it only seems to block on my PC n the E-mails still come through on my iPhone... it's incredibly frustrating....
