after workout I get 75 grams of 80% whey... when bulking on non training sedentary days I get 50-60 gram shakes.
I am 190 pound with about 18-20% BF
in all these studies I see like 20grams,30grams.... I am afraid I am significantly wasting whey becose I copy steroid user diets and supplement company propaganda.
I have money problems at the momemt,so if I sit on my ass all day and take like 3-4 60gram whey shakes,how much of that protein actualy goes to build muscle?
I fear that I utilize 15-25 grams max and rest is oxidized,shit out or stored as fat...
I fear when I cut my whey intake to half that get less muscle cuz I cant monitor my amino acid levels in blood
