I routinely weigh 3 pounds less in the morning than I did at night. I do not get up to use the bathroom or anything. Where did the weight go.

that makes a lot of sense foreigner, although I don't feel hungry in mornings when I wake up. My appetite builds up around afternoons or eveningsI'm always dehydrated in the morning. I look more skinny and less plush. Think about the average sleep time... 8-9 hours. If you were awake during that time you would surely eat and drink, but during sleep that doesn't happen.
