The EADD a trifle annoyed thread.

oh and bearlove, I suppose damaging stuff can always be spread on other media, even if you get rid of it from Pillreports. Why anyone would do that I really have no idea, I don't really use PR so I don't know how it could all go wrong.

I'm sure it's possible that PR can piss people off though!

Bearlove i been on pill reports for a very long time all though i aint a member no more i have found you to be very good at what you do.....i wouldn't take it to heart

Based on my last question in this post, could it be the guys who are slinging bad pills about, that are sending in the complaints?

The HUGE amount in one go is highly suspicious. Maybe this is a sign that Pillreports is working WELL, not failing.

Knock we don't have rules like that and if we did I'm usually the admin that addresses them (Via pm in a civilized way)- I do not, have not, will never have a problem with ANY member saying 'Bear' your wrong, out of order, etc (if they give me a clear indication as to why they think my thought process is fucked up/ incorrect etc). To simply start on the mods imply that - you, your mods know fuck all, the site is a sham etc without backing it up = Ban in my eyes. To go one step further on this (and the person that posted it is active in this section) to imply that I (personally) or any member of the crew is responsible for the death of a person for allowing threads to be posted is somewhat insane !

to be honest, would you believe a post you were reading here that started "knock you're a cunt" and then went on like that? Maybe you would :D I'd like to think you wouldn't, and that people are generally better judges of just about anything than to swallow that sort of stuff.

So I wouldn't be too worked up about this bunch of posts. Not personally anyway, it might merit a ban but I don't think it's an emergency.

But it doesn't look that great having such posts on the site, and you wouldn't want it to become a habit for anyone, because it would be a distraction from the purpose of the site.

Don't know Marm'z - Personally I would love to write up this recent attack as some dirty dealer fucked off that were doing something right. This was from one of the regulars that I have chatted with for almost 5 years :0.

What happens if you see a post explaining that you (knock) were fake, your posts were misleading and that 'you' (personally) and the site you were a mod of was part of the bigger lie? Was more than just a one off Rant but went over 20 posts - naming the mods, saying were fakes, we are responsible for the deaths etc.

That was exactly what leapt to mind when I saw Bear's post too. Although, as he said in a subsequent post, that doesn't necessarily fit so well with it coming from somebody he has known - and gotten along with - for several years. That fact does make the disinformation bomb hypothesis less likely to my mind, although not necessarily completely out of the question cos ultimately these are still people who exist as words on the screen and who knows what goes on AFB? What you suggest there does seem to fit the bill in every other way to me though and was my first instinct.

Well, I would take that personally, sure. I got the impression that you'd had 20 different comments from possibly 20 different posters and that they were just calling you rude stuff. If it's more sophisticated than that then it's more likely damaging.

You can't control what people do off site but you're entirely within your rights to remove that from public view, because it sounds like it could be damaging. Some sort of public response which demonstrates where the guy has gone wrong could go some way towards repairing any damage that's already been done, if any. And would go some way towards mitigating against being accused of a cover up which is what I would expect next.

Shambles, honestly if I thought this was the case then I would have simply brushed it off along with the numerous other hate mail I receive and wouldn't have mentioned it. It's nothing really - and certainly not worth our time thinking about why etc. What I have learned from this message = if I am doing something wrong on pillreports and if you can think of a workable fix/ solution just let me know, I will be happy to take your suggestions on board.
 
^ That was gonna be my other suggestion but I misread the details and was under the impression it was 20 separate individual complaints. If they're all from the same person then blaming the drugs seems a more likely option. It kinda comes with the territory with sites whose membership may not be entirely clean and sober when making comments.

Bear: I very rarely look in on Pillreports so really couldn't comment on anything specific to the site. I do know that the kind of abuse you describe simply cannot be deserved though. I'd go with the wasted 'n' stroppy hypothesis unless further information presents itself. Try not to let it get to you <3
 
Successfully missed my first week of classes due to piss poor organisation on both my part and the part of the cunts setting out the timetables. Half the department is working on a different way of numbering the teaching weeks than the other half. Also one of my classes clashes with a whole set of lectures for another and there's only one class and only one set of lectures and FINALLY I don't know if I'm meant to be attending seminars for a class I'm repeating or if I'm just doing lectures and the exam plus essay in lieu of a presentation because the English admin just keep going 'we don't know, ring us back' but the lectures for THAT clash with another class so I'll have to change groups I hate my life.
 
Not sure how any of that is your fault snolly, it sounds like they have fucked up quite enough on their own!
 
Thanks :) they are massive fuck ups, I just should have checked more or been in earlier but no doubt there would still have been horrific problems so! Nothing I can do about it til Monday anyway so may as well chill til then now I have my list of complaints and questions written up.
