Goals for your 2014?

My own anecdotal evidence suggests that I become an insatiable, mindless ape with an eye for anything female with a pulse if I go a few days without masturbating. Giving up to achieve freedom of thought is contraindicated :P I'm pretty sure that's what all those priests did... and look where that got them...

completely agree, unless you want to chemically castrate yourself, or are truly without any sex drive then it has to be 'relieved' at intervals at which YMMV, giving up the habit will not decrease leceherous thoughts and such like, it will increase them. Celibacy does not work, its an unnatural state, look at all those catholic priests ffs.

You could become addicted to big doses of hard opiates which make it virtually impossible to achieve an orgasm, but this doesnt prevent libidinous thougts gradually building by the day, it becomes a bit of a nightmare, i wonder if thats what mick jagger was on about with "i cant get no satisfaction" 8o

Not true.

Between 2006 and 2008 I didn't have a single tug. Certainly no sex. Let me tell you those were 2 of the hardest years in my life. As reward for such sacrifice, I was blessed with phenomenal strength, size and spruce of my John Thomas.

I believe wanking breaks down the cells in the penis, and it takes time for them to regenerate in full. Frequent tuggers will fall into all sorts of problems regarding size/strength.
 
They said in the film Papillion to the prisoners sent to face a gruelling 2 or more years in solitary "try not to masturbate, it saps your strength".
