My drug buddy.
How big is the plant ?
If its fairly small maybe bring it in and stick it under a daylight bulb, doesnt need to be a fancy set up ; a 125w bayonet cap bulb a few inches away from my salvia plant and the things gone nuts.

If its too big to bring in then maybe just take a few cuttings ?

Good idea, i think ive got quite a big plant pot in the shed, so i could dig down deep and hopefully keep most of its root system intact and put it on a south facing windowsill over winter. That sounds like the most straightforward option alltogether. Dunno how tempremental it'll be though, it certainly isnt a house plant and may not like the environment. I'll google some stuff about Australian Bottle Brush and find out exactly what they will and wont tolerate.

Devon is a right beautiful place when its been snowing, rolling hills blankets white with specs of greeny and little bits in the distance, can see for miles in certain places

Must admit it is damnably pretty here when there's a fresh blanket of snow on the ground. The muffled silence Kenny mentions above has always been especially pleasing to me too. Used to really enjoy going out in the wee small hours with me camera when it had been snowing overnight with nobody around to spoil it. Aesthetically lushy. Practically a complete nightmare though :!

Had the exact same problem myself on Tuesday.
Went to appt with keyworker & doctor at local DSP & they wanted me to do a piss test.I told them that there was no way my bladder would allow me to piss in the same room as them separated by just a thin door but I could provide a sample if they allowed me to use the toilet in the hallway.
I have enough problem going for a piss normally nevermind on command when I know two people are sat there waiting for it, gives me a shy bladder.
Eventually I was offered a mouth swab that they have to send away to be tested.
Told them it will only show methadone & benzos but I guess my word isn't good enough for them.

Oh I know that one too, Max. Pretty sure all of us scripted folk do :\

I've only ever had to pisstest with one of those toilets with a lil window and anteroom attached once and that was when I went in for inpatient detox. Actually managed it there too (eventually after several hours and a number of false starts) but as I was locked in that was never gonna be an issue ultimately no matter how shy the bladder :D

I don't have to widdle in front of anybody here - they let us use the normal toilets alone and unsupervised - but I still can't do it on demand. Took several cups of coffee and waiting from lunchtime till 7pm last time they absolutely insisted I perform pissoir for 'em. They're mostly wanting saliva tests from me at the moment where I am. Used to be swabs but these new saliva tests provide instant results the same as pisstests but are apparently not as sensitive so they still prefer to pisstest if possible.

Just watch out for bringing in bugs and drafts from the window. As for the roots, I think you can safely loose or damage a third, OTTOMH.

MK - What an amazing picture, something I find great about the snow etc when it's like that. Of course the temp sucks but the landscape looks amazing, I am "well jell" to quote TOWIE.

Anyone know a good image hosting site, I got 2 small videos I have done for Raas_2012 & a directods cut of my famous "pants on head" for NE but Tinypic keeps mashing up & I can't upload them sadly. Anyone help me please?
The old YPDH was asking for me to link that video but I've done a new one just for her, which I think is 100 times erm "better" but I can't share my hard work sadly :(

yeah i dont really want to bring some bug blight into my home, but I'll take my chances. Some of the fallen branches ive been collecting for firewood seem to be quite infested, but hopefully they will die out as the wood dries out in the shed, or otherwise they are gonna start feasting on the shed itself. There gonna be dry roasted in a couple of weeks anyway, or when it gets really cold, and if i still havent got a job.

Different subject. For once ive managed to make preparations for a semi healthy meal, before i get hungry. I usually make the mistake of waiting until Im hungry and then i just want instant food, and cant be bothered with anything that takes any preparation. It needs to be something that can be cooked in the microwave within 5 minutes.

I really do need to start eating better and more often, my energy levels are pretty fuckin bad with this coming off bupe lark. I also seem to be developing a tolerance to modafinil, this has really skuppered things as this had been coming in very useful. I dont want to be going down the path of ever increasing doses with that stuff. Will have to force myself to take a tolerance break or reduction at the vey least.

Lways makes me laugh though how the English cope with snow & so caled "bad weather" when I saw a old episode of Top Gear they said Oslo airport had closed 3 times all over the last 5 years of winters, bloody British rail stops with a few leaves on the track or 2 inch of snow the whole of Birmingham comes to a total stop. Gotta love the UK & our weather fetish.

Jamie's flat last year, when I took her kid to school which was a 15 min walk there to wake up with a 3 inch snow fall each day was classed as nothing, then you had a good inch or so of Ice on top & nothing stopped.

A pic of Mrs Bodda's estate from last year (around December 16th)
