Signs of champions? That was a blatant dive man. I feel terrible for west brom. They were robbed 2 points.
 
Yeah I agree, although it was fairly stupid how reckless they were being with possession for the preceding 3 minutes of extra time.

Agreed. Still though. They have got to be the luckiest team in europe. Back pass against city got them the decisive goal, back pass against arsenal got them the first goal, snatching the ball of the keeper got them the first goal off shalke, complete and utter luck in defense kept them from getting slaughtered in the EL final, same story the year they won the CL.

Lucky manager and a lucky team. Match made in heaven. Feel bad that teams like west brom who actually have to work for the win rather than throw money at the problem get cheated out of a valuable 3 points.
 
He's a quality manager but he has absolutely no class what so ever. He's like a big child who loves the limelight. The way he carried on the other night against Man City when they scored was out of order. Pellegrini is a gentleman and he wouldn't comment on something unless it was out of order. Mourinho knew exactly what he was at. The English media lap him up unlike Italy where he was just another manager and they couldn't be arsed with him. Same with the Spanish.

I fucking despise Wenger (Spurs fan) but compared to Mourinio he has class in aboundance.

Don't get me wrong he's a class tactician.
 
How can you despise wenger? Maybe neutral about him fine, but despise? The guy is hardly involved in any drama and he's always respectful. Even when mourinho called him "voyeur". Whatever, you're entitled to your opinion.
 
Despise is a strong word I agree but bring Spurs you know what I mean:)

Quality manager but he's very rarely admits to being wrong (very rarely is tbh)

Suppose thats part of being a quality manager. I hope AVB becomes half the manager he is. Very few managers are given time these days but I believe in AVB. Playing absolute shite and still only 5 of the top. Football fans are a fickle bunch:) A work in progress;)

The .. "Penalty" If this had happened at the other end of the pitch at 2-1 in the 94th minute would have it been awarded? Fuck no.

Im off to OT tomorrow and only expecting a win nothing else, put Arsenal back in there place.

Fuckd off, was hovering over Norwich at 10/1 at Half time but Id gone over my limit, oh well.

IF only we had kept Pogba and Morrison we could be bossing midfield, instead we are relaying on big phil jones the defender or elbows fellaini...

Yeah thats just terrible I though West Brom were defending so well, god I hate chelsea. I'm not sure who had the ball at the other end for West Brom but he should have taken it to the corner and held on to it instead of turning it over, oh well.
And btw I can't see anyone in the premiership taking out arsenal anytime soon, their attacking midfield is second to none other than Bayern IMO, there defense has stepped it up this year as well. With the return of wilshere and flamini theres gonna be killer. Word is there looking at getting alexandro pato from corinthians as well who is really good, wouldn't be for a while but an extra striker would give there attack more depth for sure. IMO their the most likely to win the league this year.

Atletico are the form team in Europe atm & long may it stay that way . I've been to the Vicente Calderón a few times & it;s a proper football ground with real supporters .

Everything that their City Rivals aren't . Thank god

Popov was guilty of crossing the ball when he was in light years of space. He could have held on to it. And you can probably put some blame on brunt for not passing the ball to anichibe earlier...they could have easily killed the game. The biggest blame though is on the diver and the incompetent referee.
