Men hitting women?

If a woman is bigger and stronger then you just have to avoid getting into a fight with her. Life's tough like that. There is nothing stoping a pregnant woman standing up on the train either, they should be exercising right up until childbirth anyway, but it is just societies rules that make you give up your seat. It isn't fair but then again you're kidding yourself if you don't think women have it far harder than men in the discrimination stakes.

How? The same rules apply whether the aggressor if male or female, all this special treatment of women is a legacy of a patriarchal system, in which women were confined to limited roles. Like paying on dates, in the past women were likely not in employment therefore it was the norm for blokes to pick up the bill, and so on

Well im not sure whether shm is calling me a woman hater far from it but the psycho chick who attacked me was a little over 6' and stocky like a bloke im 5'8" and my weight was down at the time as i wasnt eating much so she was far from a shrinking violet but i didnt lay a finger on her just pushed her away i could have hurt her badly as i had a few years of taekwondo training under my belt at this point but what would that prove or achieve im with maxalfie on this one better to leave it and walk away and she got dealt with by other tough women on my behalf which is fair in my book as she started the whole thing.

Actually, if you are able to recall, you said nothing about his friends cheering him on...you said "none of us intervened and most of us cheered him on". Like I said only going by your comment..go ahead and back pedal now..reinforces the image even more.

Well I worded bad my post, most of the people around him started cheering. Us we looked and enjoyed the show, there's no chance we would have intervened under any circumstances as they were peruvians and have a tendency to carry blades.
 
I reserve the right to defend myself against any assailant, man, woman or animal. That said, I've never hit anyone in my life, would much prefer to tell them to fuck off and leave it at that.
 
I think sadly chav culture and general decline in normal civilised behavior have led to old fashionied boundries being blurred.i once had a job where (thankfully long in the past) where i had to put myself in the firing line with both males and females,who being plainly in the wrong still refused to behave in civilised manner.i once had a junkie bitch attempt to stab me witha dirty needle.i think she will think twice about attempting to stab anybody again remembering the 4 broken fingers i gave her.

i felt that was my only option, what the fuck else can you do when you are driving on a motorway and some fucking madwoman is attacking you ?> Im not going to smash her in the face am i, as previosuly stated i gave her three warnings but she continued hitting me, Id got lost, she went hysterical, and started hitting me for getting lost or something. Not the most successful of dates that one, ahem.
 
If you're on the motorway, you should, of course, pull in to the hard shoulder at the first sign of trouble. Then you can drag her out the car and speed off.

Never anything physical, nope. Also, bear in mind that my teenage self used to wear Slayer t-shirts and grew up on a council estate. I had plenty of shit from chavs but I just put my head down and kept on walking.
 
Ok thanks for the logical answer Dr Spock. When things get heated things arent allways so easy are they though. ;)Besides i couldnt very well abandon her 200 miles away from home or something on a motorway verge. I couldnt live with myself for doing that, but my conscience is clear for attacking her back in a calm and measured way purely as a means of self defence. This was obviously the end of a relationship that had fallen apart badly.

That's impressive you managed to avoid fights so completely, curious, but I think most kids experience some level of violence growing up. Which is pretty sad, to be fair.

MDB I wasn't being serious :| I'd probably act in the same way as you in that situation.
 
Story time.

As a student, my g/f and her 2 friends wanted to experiment with cannabis but they didn't smoke. So I made us a cake. Usual story, was far too strong. One of the girls, the straightest, zoned everything out and told me the next day she'd had a brilliant time. Meanwhile though, the other girl spent hours and hours puking (she'd eaten a christmas dinner with the cake as afters). And my gf went into full-on hysterical (yes I know the sexist etymological connotations but the word is fully applicable here) SCREAMING the house down.

I was tripping hard. So for the first and only time in my life I slapped a woman hard (not hard enough to make Kenny cum, but hard enough) around the cheek.

Know what? It works.
