I am having an incredibly stressful week and just don't appreciate you insinuating I must not have a life simply because I corrected your mistake.
I really don't feel too inclined to find evidence for you, I am actually working at the minute and I think the fact that alprazolam has some therapeutic value in a number of settings is well documented enough that I don't need to be your errand boy in linking studies. I don't really care if you concede or not, but to say it has no therapeutic value is just wrong, I have personally found therapeutic value in alprazolam for short term anxiety relief, so even without studies that unequivocally tells me there IS therapeutic value. You are conveniently now making it about long term anxiety treatment, but you originally said it had no value for anything. Personally, I still believe it is useful in the long term so long as it is not used daily, I find as much therapeutic value today from alprazolam as I did the very first time I took it atleast 8 years ago, I would class that as long term anxiety treatment even though I wasn't using alprazolam particularly heavily for much of that time.
I actually don't disgaree that alprazolam should not be prescribed for daily long term treatment of anxiety, or long term daily use for much else (if anything) for that matter, but that is not actually what you originally said.
You are entitled to your opinion but when you say two contradictory things in a single paragraph it is very hard to interpret what your opinion actually is.
