Eh, here's my "horror story":
Benzo withdrawls are usually more mental than physical
I was a Klonopin user for 3 years straight (1.5 - 2.0 daily) before I decided gradually decrease my dose to 0 in about a month, even went cold turkey for the first 2 weeks
Seizures? nope
depression? slight
that's about it, I guess it's also because I didn't really "love" how they made me feel in the long run
they sure did feel great first thing on a morning with an empty stomach, but as the day progressed the feeling just lingered on without going away
Again, I'm talking about Klonopin, which is basically a longer acting Xanax
Probably worth to mention that I wasn't a marijuana lover at the time, that probably was a good thing
If they actually help keep you at bay and if you can stick to your said dose, it shouldn't affect your behavior too much
If you ever find yourself looking to pop 1 out of boredom, you should probably reconsider future use
