It doesnt inspire me to go out and gut a horse and eat its liver if i cant afford my weekly shop , but it does drum into my mind that not everyone on earth has the same viewpoint

and that in itself is worth its weight in gold

edit- man v wild is called " born survivor" in the uk
People need to remember karma does go both ways
for every disgusting act ie bear grylls ( who claims to be a devout christian) gutting some poor donkey etc on tv for his tv show

The actual animal presents itself at that moment in time in order to be gutted

it wasn't really the meat angle I was thinking about tbh ... it actually makes me hungry when I watch it (as well as making me want to puke at the same time)

but I find the whole competitive 'eating competition' schtick that's trending all over restaurants (which the show promotes) a truly fucking loathsome mentality tbh, anything of that nature just turns me off hugely. Plus the whole waste element of that kind of menu all round. Blargh. Depressing stuff if you ask me

You are doing sandwiches wrong. Who in the name of fuck is going to wait 10 minutes to make a sandwich??? That defeats the whole purpose.

I'm a veggie and I'm not hollier than thou. Very rarely go on about it, certainly never rant at meat eaters.

Coming from a family of red blooded vikings who have meat with their meat, it's a pretty pointless thing to do

yep, you're one of the good ones, there are plenty of your sort of veggie about, but they don't get noticed as much as the few "wankers" that Kenny mentions. =D

I can go off on people pretty ballistic when it comes to meat eating I will admit

Mailmonkey can attest to this
For the most part its no skin off my nose

Im a strange kind of vegetarian, I cannot stand pets , I dont own one nor do I ever wish to do so, and most dogs IMHO need a good kicking ( along with their owners)
And dont get me started on Cat's and their slimey evil manipulative ways .

I'm not being holier-than-thou. It's the sheer quantity and the way he eats it that grosses me out. My whole family eat meat and I don't have a problem with animals being eaten.

And yeah, if one is going to be picky then I'm a pescatarian but I barely ever eat fish anyway so veggie it is.

I just ate chicken dippers and i think most meat eaters should be shot, and TLM.

Is it really only wednesday? I've been working on the basis tomorrow is Friday.
