Drug use falls but laughing gas trend revealed

I think it's safe to say that it's added to prevent abuse. Many asphyxiant gases are sold without such additives. It's not entirely unreasonable because there are still people who manage to asphyxiate from cylinders. Crackers are small enough to give a nice buzz but hard to genuinely asphyxiate yourself with, just minor brain damage.
 
it would be a bit stupid putting sulphur dioxide into cream whipper chargers, not exactly going to make for a delicious dessert is it? I was talking about where large tanks of it are used e.g in cars or other industrial settings.

I highly doubt that it is. Like you've said NOS is pretty pish on it's own. What this whole thing probably doesn't take into account is that person A does NOS while on MDMA, person B does it while on ket, person C does it while on acid. So if your survey sucks all manner of dick and you present the results in a shitty way that's 1 person for MDMA/ket/acid and 3 for NOS = NOS is the most popular drug EVAAAAR.

Yeah I was talking about auto nitrous too. Outside of that it generally doesn't contain additives. Food, research, dentistry etc all need it pure.
 
Any idea what nos+mdma is like? Having another night out on it this friday and here they do nos balloons over the bar so would be easy to do if it's good

At global last year I was absolutely fucked on Mandy, walking through the campsite dodging all the tents being really happy with myself. Then I saw this tent that was literally as high as my knees, it was like a miniature tent. So I stepped over it easily. Turns out it was a normal sized tent and I was just tripping absolute fucking sacks and had just completely trampled all the way over it while a group of lads nearby were like "did he just fucking trample that tent?".

Casually went on my way.
 
NOS is a little hit and miss for me, sometimes does fuck all. Overtimes fucking blows my mind, on saturday after mdma, ket, 2cb and a mighty spleef I did a double, and it fucking blew my head off.

Other times just being a bit pissed done like 3 in a row and its done nothing apart from given me a light head. We got 200 canisters, easy to aquire though if your a bakery or you know

Textbook. It's great with psychs, good with weed and MDMA and shit with alcohol.

This is true! Once you've used N20 on psyches it's kind of pointless doing it by itself, though it is still nice.

But I think this point actually hits the crux of the article...... drug use hasn't got down, of course it hasn't. If anything, in my experience, over the past three years or so drug use has increased quite a bit. The variation in drugs and the types of people doing them, it's all gone up, and as others have said, there are a lot of younger people (below 18 ) doing them as well. So yeah drug use hasn't fallen, in my experience, but I definitely think that the use of nitrous has increased, though I think that's actually due to young people being intoxicated on other drugs and nitrous being so damn good when you're up on other drugs....!!

Spoke to a tent for a full minute thinking people were in it and I had fallen ontop of them, only to open the tent a bit and see no one there, I felt generally sorry for that tent, I mean I had fallen into AND talked shite to it for a full minute

And Bestival. It's never really done much for me, and that's taking it with all sorts of other drugs. Agree with MM, poppers is better.
