the competition looks like it could be pretty high this time round. Dont fancy my chances. If it was down to a members vote = brimz by a landslislide. Brimz has already said he'd give it a go.

maybe it needs an xfactor type tinkering to the process; with the judges/mods to expelling the least suitable candidates, and let the public have the final say out of the final 3 ?

i waste do much of my life, er, learn so much on here anyeay that i might give it a go. i dunjnae like conflict thoughh, so imk not gonna like it if i suggest something and someone says fuck of you twat in resoonse.

whens the closing date

oh yeah if ever get the position and im clearly phenazzed please sack/supspend me immediately. I couldy lower the tone of BL that much !!

Till you've actually been on staff, you really don't have a clue what modding EADD is actually about, or who'd be suitable. I say that in the nicest possible way.

I was on staff myself for quite some time, and even after seeing several mods come and go you really didn't know how it would work out in terms of chemistry with collegues, etc. when somebody was appointed. A member vote would be fucking ludicrous.

Next up: The blind lead the blind, the lunatics take over the asylum and turkeys surprisingly veto a vote for Christmas.
 
I'd rather not speculate over why some people stay for 'two weeks', but let's just say that it can be a very, very, very draining job with all the interpersonal politics, and that's just behind the scenes.

i think MMs' and knocks' laissez faire attitude has helped somehwta with the bickering, rather than adding fuel to the many sperate fires, until the whole of EADD became one big raging firestorm.

Not denying anyones right to defend themselves however vociferously if they have been attacked on a vicious persnal level. That should be infractable if it isnt already.

Im not putting my name fwd, bnut i want to draw up an EADD health and safety thing. and if anyone reckons its good enough id be proud to see it stickied.

i seem to get on just fine with Knock, MM, and Albion. But i can see how things could change if someone has strong differences of opinion.

Do you have lits of (prominent/controversial) members and some kind oif cost benefit ratios to each one ?

ie memmber A - more trouble than hes worth
member b - great guy
member c- twat get rid
member d- down to earth & sensible and a good laugh etc etc
member e - tries to source drugs too often ??????????

or is that a trade secret ? :sus:
 
haha you'd be surprised how little we discuss members. It's almost as if you don't exist =D

Or perhaps it's us that don't exist :?
