Holy shit, I thought it was just drugs which were stupidly expensive.
Make that 'flavourless domestic pisswater'.
Apart from Cooper's and maybe a couple more exceptions.
Hahn is a good beer as well as Little Creatures Pale ale.
Most Aussie beer is pure vomit water though, VB Urgh.
Would rather drink fucking Carling

Ben I think its called Wanted down under or something like that.
Yeah the show is funny cos the parents usually always want the move. Then when the kids are just about coming round to the idea, the producers whip out the laptop and have them skype with their relatives back in Blighty
And then they all go back home
Nothing like a bit of emotional blackmail
Coopers is reasonable... and its on tap everywhere
James Boag's is very nice. I was back in Glasgow recently and they were charging £2.90 a bottle in Peckhams...
Aye, but when your working over there it soon evens itself out. My mate was getting $28 an hour in a sandwich shop
That's the whole point really. There's the beach adn it's such an open and free country (in the sense of being able to just take a jeep and drive around), can't see how I won't love it. Money's not the biggest concern anyway, if I don't use many drugs there I'll barely be spending anything...
WHAT? I don't think it is, but they're v frigging poisonous as you doubtless know.
Too many deadly spiders and shit to make the beaches and tanned folk worth it in my cowardly opinion.
Is it true the funnel web spider can grow to the size of a dinner plate? Fuck that shit.
Its expensive for general living. Rent is mental. If you chose to live in the city you will pay about £1600 a month and trust me you want to live in the city. I've visited a few places outside the city and there isnt much happening.
Yep I agree they call a pint all different kind of names depending on what part of Aus you are in. If im honest though when I was back in Scotland recently i struggled like fuck with a pint...
