LSD at global gathering...

Best not being in a crowd full of strangers and police when you're tripping on acid for the first time, unless you take a very low dose.
 
last time i went in 2010 it werent too thorough, you just gotta be a step ahead on where u hide stuff just be creative...They have sniffer dogs there but i always doubt how effective dogs are when theres so many people coming through, they just seem overwhelmed.

Tabs vary so wildly (even tabs with the same print), nobody can tell you the answer to this

I imagine only a fraction of a percent of the drugs being taken into a festival are confiscated and "disposed of" =D by the police.

When is GG? Why don't you try a tab, or a half a one a week, or more if possible, beforehand?

I still think low dose acid can lead to a more uncomfortable trip on a dancefloor, high dose you're so lost in it it won't go bad.

Acid was always a party drug for me.

BUT, that was at a time when there were a lot of parties with people on acid/E/speed, and combinations of them, not like now where everyones wandering round in adifferent headspace on different drugs etc.

Take strong acid at a party organised by acid heads, for acid heads, with the acid being the focus, and you will have the most fucking fun and ridiculous shenanigans you've ever been part of.

Take it at GG with a load of moody scousers, different headspaces all over the place, and you might find it a bit much.

I find strong acid doses can be pretty overwhelming and uncomfortable even in my own home. The thought of being surrounded by strangers and cops when you don't know what's happening doesn't sound like too much fun. I often feel the need to "lay down for a bit" if I've taken too much acid - do that in public and the cops are likely to be nosing round.

I love that post. @ OP i found mushrooms more unnerving than acid, though its dose and setting related. I took 30 - 40 mushies several times, mostly had bad trips, but one awesomely good one. I enjoyed mushies just sitting in a remote field watching the sheep and birdlife regarding me curiously. I took the LSD half a tab at a time, didnt really enjoy it. It all depends on your state of mind, if you're mentalkly strong and untroubled then you'll probably enjoy it, but if you have fears and anxieties tripping really isnt a good idea.
 
I have never taken acid at home. I've always taken it a busy club, had a great time, then left while still tripping and gone to someone's flat or wandered the streets and continued to have a great time.

I don't much like tripping in my own house, I've seen these walls enough already. I'd rather have some external stimulus.

Dissociatives are different.

Mushies, I took them at a club once with some friends and we all panicked and ran out the place! Better outdoors.

I love being out in nature - it's just strangers and cops I'm not too keen on being around.

I'm def with knock, strong acid for an all-night party.

Although i had a lot of greeeeaaatttt nights on shrooms ad speed %)

Shrooms are great outdoors though...it's just a fucker trying to save them from autumn till summer.....don't ;like being out on shrooms in the cold....
