If we mean poisonous as in toxic to living organisms like nerve gas or cyanide...then no...there are not poisons in the seeds. The seeds do contain soap-like glycosides and these are what cause the nausea. At no dose will this poison you but you certainly may vomit after a few hours.
Thanks for clarifying that. Not poisonous then, but certainly not very well suited for human consumption and bad for stomach. Seems like I got a bit mindwiped by the "interweb lore".
