if you are un-fit, high blood pressure, etc. - the hot/cold flashes are going to be worse.
If you're fit, regular blood pressure, etc. - the hot/cold flashes aren't going to be as bad.
Fit people still have gnarly withdrawal syndromes/symptoms though, I can vouch for my kind.![]()
And I feel like most all drug users/abusers intuitively know this... but we're probably the most sedentary demographic in the world behind the elderly (minus meth/crack heads but their diet is shit). So we don't really want to believe it.
edit: Just to clarify, my position is that it's a very large factor.
