Oh come on Detroit junkies, speak up. Damn.
Every junkie probably studied that list so they could get some because" it won't kill me"
Oh yeah man I'll be honest, whenever some warns me about a crazy stamp I always go search for it.
The shit I been gettin from the D has been great. I use 3-4 times a week, snorting a 10 bag still knocks me on my ass. Its soooo easy to find also. Its not just Detroit either. I can find the shit in Pontiac just as easy. Haven't been getting any stamped bags. It always folded up in a piece of notebook paper or lottery ticket paper.
that is pretty fucked up just leaving rigs laying around esp uncapped, back when i used id just trade to the clinic and they would give me 1 clean one for 1 dirty one. if i didnt do that i just held on to them, id never just tosss something like that outside for some kid to find.
stamps are FAR from dead.Im getting green shit again. Its grey in the pack but when I cook and suck it up its light green in the rig. Its still pretty decent.
The reaso you dont see stamps anymore in Detroit is the Feds can prosecute under the RICO act if they find you selling them. I hear theyre still popular in other cities but apparently someone got charged under the RICO so no one uses stamped packs anymore. They disappeared years ago here. I dont think Ive seen one in over 12 years. I used to collect them. Cant remember where I saw it but there was a New York junkie who collected them and displayed them as art. The had thousands and actually cataloged them online with a rating system as far as how good each one was. I want to say I saw it on Facebook.
The emergency room at Detroit Receiving used to have a list of the top killer brands or the ones that brought the most overdoses in. It gave bragging rights to the dealers who made the list.

i've never heard of any RICO for selling a stamp, cause at least around here (a small city in PA) its not like ONE dealer sells ONE stamp.
Half the time around here the bags are blank anyway (but still stamp bags-just no logo), but we get our OWN brands and this is a small ass city I'm talking about
I got offered "Hangover" the other day and I remember a few months back this stamp called 3 musketeers (its on that stamp blog, i put it on there) in like a month changed names like 3 times
first it was 3 musketeers then it became Gucci then it became Bugatti and apparently "Hot Bar" bags (another stamp i put on taht blog) were the same dope as the 3 musketeers/subsequent brand names according to a ddue i know whos' real deep in terms of usin and is better connected than me, but I dont know.
RICO is some shit and it takes more than just a brand name on a bag of heroin to get RACKETEERING.
maybe if they bust the dudes MAKING the bags but the dudes MAKING the bags aren't the dudes selling the bags, thats not how it works a lot of the time in the northeast.
when i said far from dead i meant in the northeast
i'll take your word for it that they're dead in detroit
but they aren't going to be going away anytime soon cause at least here, i've seen dope NOT in a stamp bag literally about 4 times (except when i've had baltimore dope-that wont come in stamp bags, they dont do stamps down in bmore, but thats an exception, i'm talking locally bagged and copped dope) and it was in branded ziplocks that said "Stay High" and that was only when the dealer would run out of these blue stamp bags that his shit normally came in, otherwise at least out here in PA if its not in a glassine bag I wouldn't buy it without being able to make sure.
Stamps are cool anyway.
