It's best to avoid the situation altogether imo.
I think this about sums it up. It's lovely and a turn on when things go according to plan. But.... Things can go SO wrong.
This wasn't a sexual type thing, but...
Once, at a buddy of mines apartment, another friend of ours got it in his head that he NEEDED to try how we did it.
He was a long time Oxy snorter, but it was the classic situation. He wanted to see what the fuss was about.
So, for the next hour or so he relentlessly dogged my buddy, his girl and myself. Trying to get one of us to shoot him up.
I told him no, no, no, no.... Finally said I was just gonna leave if he didn't leave me alone.
He stopped bugging me and went back to my other friend. Dogged him and dogged him. Eventually he said "OK, fine! If it will get you to shut the fuck up then lets go."
Honestly, I was just happy and relieved I had avoided doing it. I did nothing to stop it from happening.
He booted it for him and he got that look in his eyes.
Less than a week later he crashed his car, but walked away from the accident. Next night he OD'd and was in the hospital for a night. The day he got out he went home, did a shot and had a asthmatic attack and died.
That's obviously not typical, but it's so hard to tell who can handle it and who will go completely off the rails.
I didn't do it for him, but it bugs me every day. That I should have done something. Punched him or my friend and chased him from the apartment or something ridiculous like that.
Everybody says he would have just found someone else and it's true. That doesn't mean it won't stick with me for the rest of my life.
This isn't directed at the OP.
It's just that introducing to the needle or hitting people is very much a extreme example of it's all fun and games until someone gets hurt. Or dies.
Be careful, selective.
