Morning! Diphenhydramine and AH7921 sent me to sleep, MDPV for breakfast the fight against delayed-phase sleep disorder (self-diagnosed) goes on! I can't really recommend any strategy involving MDPV, Pagey, but it's working for me, two days in :D

Good day Bluelight.Nice & sunny here. Been given a 45mg Mirtazapine to me by neighbour. Think will save it until tonight though as he reckons it will put me to sleep quite quickly.

For me 7,5mg is strong enough for sleep (feels like 20mg valium but more sedating)

Yeah I think 45mg is the strongest one they make so I had considered maybe breaking it into either half or thirds.
Don't think I need the whole 45mg in one go for it to send me to sleep.

I'm not a Wigan fan but I watched the game yesterday and so as a neutral I had to support the underdog so was well pleased when they won.
