Water and non ionic something or other. I purchased a drum awhile ago as I have a lot of car alloy wheels to clean.. It's a dirty business so it is. The ptfe bottles are bog standard from eBay, 12 for a fiver 1L with anti leak childcare screw cap. Makes it easier to store.

Also a few drops of food colouring helps.
