Long, long time lurker bearlove.

Being a customs dog is very boring work & now I have a special keyboard a dog can use (paw friendly) I decided to pay EADD a visit.

BTW I used fur dye for dogs in this pic, hence why I have blonde paws & not my usual black springer spaniel colour.
 
I used washing up liquid in lieu of dishwasher tablets not so long ago.

That was a fun one to clean up.
 
Seemed like a good idea at the time.............

1) Escaline binge (resulted in a serious illness & a near mental breakdown)
2) Doing MXE in a foregin country, ended up lost, babbling to people that didn't understand totally lost, half naked & freaking out, also MXE related doing way to much for days on end, freaking out & trying to jump through a glass window.
3) 400mg of MDAI nuff said on that one :(

My mates were staying in a really posh hotel (converted castle) - the on-suite had a spa/jacuzzi, she wasn't thinking straight and poured bubble bath into it :D

never tasted a ballbag personally, so i wouldnt know.. but i'll take your word for it ;)

one of our more original (and effective) methods of getting things in was to hide the various bags/wraps/etc in this one guy's hair.. yes, im serious. he was a bit of a dopey skater type, but had a huge, genuine afro.. despite being white as an albino polar bear (though polar bear skin is actually black) - it never failed once, but the sight of various people digging around & pulling drugs from a white guy's afro was quite surreal

my mate had the kk journals & though ive read it, id forgot that part. but yeah, it wasnt something youd want to be taking deep lungfulls of at any rate
 
Trying to live up to what was between my legs as opposed to what was between my ears seemed like a good idea at the time .....

But a more specific, concrete incident might have been the time at uni when I climbed into a goods lift and got a friend to send me to the bottom floor. Whereupon I noticed that this was the kind of goods lift where there is no way to open it or move it from the inside ..... Oops! Had to wait for a passer-by to rescue me. And even worse, it was someone who recognised me.

Nothing but C2H5OH involved there, either .....

About 12 years old, in a small Spanish town with some friends, feeling mischievous. Threw some eggs at a cafe window, ran away in a great mood. Half hour later a car screeches to a halt a guy jumps out and grabs me by the shirt, puts me in the car and takes me to the cafe. Sit there crying for a bit. They chuckle about with each other in the cafe. He calls police, police arrive, police frown at me. Police and man decide to make me clean the window, then when I finished the guy shook my hand and gave me a coke. Good times. Like Billy the Kid I was...
 
As a kid i dcided to try riding down a really steep hill with a drop at the bottom on my bike. The inevitable happened I came flying over the handle bars but not before smashing my crotch on the handle bars and cutting my todger open.

Not bad reaction or anything i just a bit unprepared . The Come up was something that my 17 year old self was not accustomed to at the time .

Do it mate . If you have got it then the quicker it's treated the better & you can get better .
I am ok these days after having Interferon Treatment . I don't know if i caught it that specific time either.

I am not sure Brimz, I throught Hep C was something you can't cure?
Can you make your "works" clean by running it with boiling water or failing that wash it with Bleach?
I am fully aware this is a HR site & I am NOT saying to share works is a good idea, nay it can be deadly folks so don't do it but sometimes when your arse is dropping out & your really on a bad rattle you just want a crank & think fuck it to the long term health issues.
I never expected to be alive at this point if the truth be told so I didn't worry at the time, It is only Gods good grace & a dose of luck I am still alive.

Like i always say . Anyone that has had a proper habit & injected & says they have never shared are Lying .
I have done the bleach thing you speak of but would not recommend it if alternatives are about even smoking it is better.
The times when i have ended up sharing is when the Kit has been broke down in to a solution already .
These are the things that we shouldn't be afraid to talk about . Otherwise how else are we going to spread Harm Reduction ?

This is true i have had the treatment .

Their are different strains of Hep C some more damaging than others . Drinking heavily when you have Hep C is a death Sentence for sure

It's currently incurable afaik but getting treatment as early as possible allows for a longer and less-shitty life (know an auld fella here who got it through blood transfusions over 20 years ago - he's still dying from it but not half as soon as he would've done without treatment and has better quality of life) . Also good to be sure so you can warn others if required. People share spoons, water and filters much more carelessly than used works.

Bleach can be used as a last resort but really should never be necessary given how easy it is to acquire clean works for nowt at needle exchanges, OTC at most chemists for not much cash, or online. Bleach leaning technique for works here.
 
indeed. thought i was being clever when flushing used works (my own) with boiling water and assuming i had duly made them sterile again. only discovering later how that particular technique requires fifteen minutes of constant boiling to be effective at all. but as has been mentioned, any long term smackhead has at some point shared - if not needles - then cups/water/etc. nobody is innocent in that game


we are very fortunate these days and there remains little excuse not to have clean, fresh equipment. one only has to read a book such as 'H' and learn of what addicts in the 70's/80's had to go through in order to realise that fact. sharpening blunt communal-needles on matchboxes? no thanks
