whatever it ain't here and your remarks are bit close to the mark thats all im saying , you're making it sound like its ok to fantasize over underage girls for over 30s . but im leaving it at that now
 
I think you'll find that it absolutely is ok for anyone to fantasise about anything, as long as it remains precisely that. That's a whole other discussion though.

The original post was a tongue in cheek joke and doesn't actually represent my point of view but I don't care for these inflammatory accusations you are making.
 
well for a person who thinks fantasizing over little kids is ok then i really do not give a fuck if you do or do not like my inflammatory so called accusations and that is how you are now coming across with its totally ok to fantasize about anything you like no its not and if you think it is you really need to take a fucking good look at your self . this as long as it remains that is the problem with it it never stays just a fantasy and saying its ok to think of fucking under age kids as long as you do not do it is some fucked up shit thats the problem here

then you certainly dont want to be researching as to which country has the largest population of somalians in the world outside somalia. though at least somalia is top of the national league tables for something.. unfortunately it happens to be the most dangerous place to live award - which, if you know anything at all about certain central and south american countries it came top of - is a very unsettling thought indeed
 
Having sex below the legal age is not the same thing as adults having sex with far younger boys/girls. A 15yo having sex with a 14yo is very different from a 30yo having sex with a 14yo.

I'd hope that the courts are sensible enough to have a certain amount of flexibility with teens in and around the legal age having (consensual) sex (15yo with a 17yo for example).

So you're saying we should have a control on what people are and aren't allowed to think? Have a word with yourself love, you're talking out of your arse. People are free to think what they like, thankfully we're not quite at the stage of having thought police yet. Once again you're talking about underage kids for some reason as well, I haven't mentioned underage kids once that's your sick fantasy.

I don't think it's "common sense" at all, remember that only a few hundred years ago, many women were having children as soon as they were capable, which would be around 12 or 13. Someone was having sex with them, and it was accepted as "common sense" at the time.

We have a later age of consent now because we have longer childhoods thanks to universal secondary education and good access to tertiary education.

Just how does 'common sense' back your assertion up, pray tell?

If the 14-year-old girl is visibly post-pubescent then it's 'common sense' that men of various ages will be sexually attracted to her. Unless she's ugly or something.

Whether they choose to act upon those desires in the knowledge that she's fourteen is an entirely different matter.

sorry but it is at 30 you should not be thinking of how you would wreak that 14 year old be you male or female thats all i am saying . i'm leaving this because its really the wrong time place and thread for me to be in at the moment

we have age compression or something. Where children may be made to grow up yet adults/young people are kept in a suspended stage of childishness. Go back 50 years and what was the average person of your age doing?

I might have violent fantasies. If I carry those violent fantasies out I will hurt people and get into trouble for it. I can stop myself from doing things.

There should be no age of consent laws, they are an abomination and against nature. As my grandpa used to say, if a girl is old enough to menstruate it means she's biologically old enough to have sex. The government has no right to legislate on sexuality, age of consent laws are as insane as laws banning sodomy or homosexual acts.

In Spain the age of consent is 12, that's already an improvement on some countries.

Whoever thinks that sex with teenagers is paedophilia should get their heads examined, teenagers are not children. At 12 you used to be old enough to enlist in the navy and go to war, teenagers have long left childhood.

I don't know wtf this has to do with Jimmy Savile but I feel like pointing out that proportionately Sweden has 6x the amount of Somalians more than the UK. The figures for actual Somalians is almost the same and the UK is roughly 6x bigger than Sweden in population.

Wow.

The age of consent is meant to indicate when a person is intellectually and emotionally mature enough to have sex. It is precisely because biological maturity occurs at a different age that such a legal instrument is necessary.

It's a very blunt instrument and fails people on both "sides". But you seem to be saying that menstruation is a "go" sign and I think that is insane.
 
I just don't believe it's the right of the government to legislate on sexual matters, I don't accept the opinion and mores set out by religious institutions, political bodies are not any more qualified to regulate sexuality. They have no right to do that.
