it's a double edged sword really

the more people know about it the better, but at the same time if it gets too popular the govt will have no choice but to increase efforts

all it takes is one white kid ODing off drugs he got online and its parade city with a bunch of dumb Moms who dont know shit about drugs except "they're bad mmkay?"

The US govt could destabilise bitcoins beyond usability at a stroke, and not at a huge relative cost.

Conspiracies? Are they behind the massive fluctuations this week? Is this the start of a campaign to bring down the currency? Are they for some reason choosing NOT to intervene?

Not only the US govt can destabilise bitcoins, the DDOS attacks etc in recent weeks have shown that.

who launched those?

63.29 now crackhead..:(

(thats not a sarcastic sad face =D )

I've got the bitcoin price running on another tab now, getting all obsessive about it :p

Good point MM. How is this happening. Buying guns on the internet.

How the fuck does the archaic, lowly DDOS attack destabilise a currency?

Sounds mental all of this.

What is a bitcoin btw? (joke)

Also a joke but have you ever delivered an assault rifled shape item wrapped in brown paper through the royal mail? They use DPS I expect. lol

the DDOS attacks effect the trading websites but not the coins themselves.

not to mention you act like DDOS attacks are launched for no reason, obviously people are trying to manipulate the market price to their advantage with these attacks, aka, they are making money off bitcoin.

and if that was true about the government being able to shut it down whenever they would have done it by now considering it is costing the Feds money and that is like their biggest pet peeve. You can murder your spouse and get in less trouble than for committing tax evasion.

bitcoin exchanger mtgox got attacked several times and it caused big fluctuations in the market value, there's a lot of ways which people are trying to use to influence it. Interesting to watch it all develop nonetheless.

Yes. I am an out of touch idiot. But I understand that DDOS attacks are done my people with intent for a purpose.

It's spent lol. Got a couple bags of weed & some apparently banging speed en route.

Tried that other site someone mentioned, far better. Works out about a tenner in fees/commison per coin which is fine imo.

Good good mate. Please let us know how you get on. UK based I guess so shouldn't take long. What site was that again. Sorry. I know I know.

Lol. This. Can't be a lot. But he did mention he bought some more bitcoinage.

back in like mid-november <snip> went down for a few days and anyone who transferred bitcoins to their account on a specific date never got them.

a friend of a friend actually messaged the support account and got a message from whoever was DPR at the time with a statement saying they would cover the missing bitcoins.

half an hour later all was good

escrow helps

Found this interesting, is it generally accepted now that DPR is a collective? Quite a fascinating character/group of people

I got Dutch Amphetamine/Speed - 5 gram (40-45% apparently, which by the sounds of it kicks the baws off UK "street" speed)
Original UK Cheese 2G
5g 'Mohan Ram' (aparrently "an aromatic 85/15 indica/sativa cross, bringing together White Widow & Sweet Afghani Delicous") lol

good to see EADD sourcing rules are the same as other forums

im starting to think youre a full time crackhead

and Id be willing to bet the team behind the website which shall remain nameless (cracky didnt get that memo apparently) is a lot smaller and unorganized than you think. Its probably a server located in a plain room somewhere. Nothing fancy, just the essentials needed to operate.

Im not sure how the process of handing the title of DPR off goes but I am pretty sure there has been at the very least two different people to hold it.

They delete messages after a certain date or id post a screencap of the message, seemed like a pretty reasonable guy/gal/bot

Thats actually not bad for your money if the speed is good, I'm assuming the weed will be kosher, but if the speed is really 40% that, in all, is prob about fair price for £120 or whatever it cost you....

Let us know about the speed, be interesting to find out, I ran out of speed a few months ago, i buy an eighth and it lasts me well over a year i do it so rare...

EDIT>>>>Mohan Ram rang a bell, so I googled it, it's from Sweet Seeds, I've grown out a few of their strains (not Mohan Ram though), their indicas are alwyas superb, very easy to grow, very consistent between seeds, and always a distinctive flavour, very chunky dense buds too...if it's been dried well you'll love it.... <3
