Sunny here but still cold. Not up to much, took it easy last night, had dinner and a few beers at my friends place while watching the footie, bit annoying though there were three couples talking about kids(one lass was preggers) and mortgages and shit like that, felt like an alien. For once that I try to avoid my usual druggy mates on a saturday I end up with a bunch of cunts talking about houses and kids. Damn.

I'm really trying to slow down with the drugs though, got into a bit of a self-destructive loop lately, now I'm out of most things and I'll keep it that way, at least for a month. Seriously the way I do uppers all day every day when I have them, with no breaks, annoys me.

Hopefully my mate is gonna get me a ticket for the derby, will definately get twatted for that. Awesome

Urgh, sounds like most of my friends. One of them had a baby 6 months ago and still does 3 Facebook updates a day from the point of view of said baby. There must be some sort of normal mid-point between the mortgage/baby crowd and the crazy druggy crowd, but I've yet to find them.

That gig last night was pretty good. It all gets a bit blurry after that. Various bars/clubs, told by every single bouncer at the door that I was far too drunk yet still somehow got in everywhere that I tried to.

I told some crowd of dafties at the gig that I was an A&R for Sony & they actually believed me, said some drunken shite like "Sony pay me to be here, apparently I've to go to some place called The Sub Club afterwards, fuck knows why" expecting to get told to stop talking shite but they believed me & proceeded to try to explain Subby to me & tell me why I should definitely check out the residents & give them a record deal haha.

Got a taxi home about 6am after a party & the cunt let me (actively encouraged me to) smoke in his motor. Result.

To be fair this type are all heavy weed smokers, but that's it really. I mean having a few spliffs and beers while listening to people talk about fluctuations of the housing market and baby diapers does my head in, I'm still in the phase where I'd rather hang out with my unemployed friends who spent the week doing coke and scamming around.
