Anyone seen methamphetamine in the UK/Europe?

Yep, meth is as amazing as is claimed. I think it's more psychologically addictive than heroin. It's probably my favourite drug, and if it weren't so unhealthy I'd still use it. I still want to sometimes, but I'm pretty sure my relatively brief use many years ago rotted my teeth. :\

The drug users Ive encountered around Germany, Switzerland, the NL say meth is impossible to find in these parts. They just have speed aka d-amph which is a poor substitute.

Definitely not impossible.

Much of the methamp here (NL) comes from the Czech market.

over here doctors/drug councillors etc do say that methamphetamine is more addictive than heroin. methamphetamine(ice) users on average have a lower % chance of staying clean than heroin users that go through treatment here. methamphetamine affects the brain more than heroin. it will actually change the way the brain sends and recieves signals.

i must add both heroin and alcohol withdrawals/initial detox are worse than methamphetamine. generally someone detoxing from heroin will suffer vomiting, cramps & severe illness. someone detoxing from alcohol will generally have issues with heart and blood pressure. someone detoxing from methamphetamine(ice) will be sleeping excessively.

its after the initial detox were methamphetamine shows its true form. meth/ice changes patholgical pathways in the brain. the more the drug is used the stronger these pathways get. when these pathways are used they 'light up', the person will then experience thoughts/ideas/dreams about using methamphetamine. this will happen if the drug is in the system at the time and also if the drug has not been used. a user can go years without using and a feeling/thought/location could stimulate these pathways creating cravings and relapse. for a meth user to stay clean he/she basically needs to retrain the brain and build new pathways.

research here says it takes upto 5 years of therepy etc and absenence to build strong enough alternate pathways the chance of relapse in meth users is higher, and it takes 90 days for a very weak new pathway to form.

now please excuse this post if its not 100% accurate, im an not a doctor or scientist or neuroigist etc, i have been to rehab here for meth addiction, seen drug councillors, doctors and read up many papers regarding methamphetamine and my addiction, so this post is factual and as accurate as i could remember. methamphetamine affects the brain more than heroin,

Meth does seem to appear here, mostly limited to the Philipino community, they call it "shaboo", there have been a few seizures in my town lately and I know a couple of people who bought it in techno clubs. I could probably find it if I wanted to, but I'm okay with my online-bought halogenated amphetamine analogues, given my previous history with mdpv(nine months of daily use like a madman) I'd say the last thing I need is even more uppers in my life.

people over here are just too into the scag, i think. maybe thats just scotland though?
i mean...i've had people say they've taken it a few times, as a treat or whatever, but as with crack i dont really know anyone with addiction issues to the same degree as with heroin/valium(or other/all benzos)/coke/base(that's this speed we get here - for anyone wondering "wtf" - which is normally, I find, quite weak and needs an acetone runover just to be half-decent. otherwise ur talking ... ok for instance, my best friend[my cat] bombed about 1g yesterday morning and dint feel much, so moved on to doing another 2g~ish~ for good measure. ended up being up all night designing his own little tool to carry around. ended up being one of those pens with the outer part AND inner part, by removing the cap and ink and spring, and clogging the bottom, he can now fill with, say, 2g of his nice and clean an not smelly or sticky and wet base thats been acetone-washed 2 or 3 times. then puts the thinner, inner tubing of the pen - normally this makes the 'nipple' of the pen red while the stock is white - and just take hits as he pleases. just needs a proper design now rather than a prototype so if anyone has ideas(tested or not) for homemade bullets or blasters or rockets or basically whatever device you use to dose out sniffs of a powder then PM me and I shall let him know ;)

I can see some truth, I haven't done a lot of meth, always been little binges on my own. But I stopped for a while and out of nowhere I'd think about making a pipe. Also had dreams about the stuff every night for weeks.
 
I have tried it a handful of times, from a dark web source. I enjoy it, i dont find it to be that addictive, i feel that the compulsion to redose is less than that off say mephedrone. I mean it is definitely moreish, but i dont think it is anywhere near as addictive as the media makes out, I mean i know it is a huge problem in certain parts of the world, but for me i dont find it that addictive. I can get it whenever i want from my source, and have only bought it 3 times in the year i have had it available to me, and always have bought very small quantities. Never seen it on the street in the UK though.
