Need Opinions About New Sublingual DXM (Duract)

I've just recently found out about Duract that is sold online, as its hard to buy in stores, but its a fast melting tablet that has 30mg dxm hbr as the only active ingredient. Has anyone used this product? It sounds very promising if its taken sublingually, wouldn't that lead to significantly reduced nausea and stomach discomfort. I'm quite thrilled to have found this product. What does anyone else think?

I found those too. Read the experience reports involving Duract, they'll definitely stray you away from purchasing. Apparently for whatever reason, the majority of reports involve normal DXM dosing with little to no effects other than diarrhea in many cases. Sounded promising to me too before searching many reports on it's shittiness.
 
From what I've read it was due to people dosing multiple times, which all druggies should know typically prolongs the effects but not the intensity, because drugs are pretty instant when taken sublingually. Maybe if they were swallowed the nausea would still be lesser than that I get from the max gel caps. As well there were limited successful trips with this, but that makes no sense to me unless they have a dxm negating inactive ingredient, which would defeat the purpose of the dxm unless to sell product to drug seekers.
 
Contains mannitol which can apparently cause diarrhea in high doses, but it also contains crospovidone which is meant to prevent diarrhea. Says it has a non-drowsy formula, could there be some other ingredient put into it (that they haven't mentioned) which would block DXM effects?
 
I'd thought I'd list this in case anyone knows if any of these inactive ingredients would lessen the effects of dxm:
Inactive ingredients
Acetylated Monoglyceride, Citric Acid, Crospovidone, FD&C Red #40 Aluminum Lake, Magnesium Stearate, Maltodextrin, Mannitol, Microcrystalline Cellulose, Modified Food Starch, Natural & Artificial Flavors, Polysorbate 80, Silicondioxide, Sodium Polystyrene Sulfonate, Sucralose, Talc.
 
Truthfully if u want to keep it simple just get mucinex DM maximum strength. Most c and c meds that contain dextromethorphan have about 30 mg of DXM but mucinex has 60mg. Ya ya it contains guanfacine which is made to make you puke if you take to much but I can promise you 100% that me and my friends will take up to 14 and not even have an upset stomach. I've seen some kids puke from it but it's not common I see it. And they're so beyond the point of giving a shit about anything that army walk to the toilet puke and start laughing 2 seconds later. I like to always at least reach the 3rd plateau wich I'm sure is 500 to 850 mg of DXM. One box 14 will get u there. That's 840 mg of DXM. Prolly to much for a first timer .try 7 or 8. Although complete trip mode won't be reached at those levels you will certainly feel good. Complete trip mode I guarantee is a completely different experience and world than any other drug. Get lossed in the bizareness. If you can't handle the mucinex get a bottle of delsym and chug. It's just only DXM. And there is a different in the type of qualities. Mucinex I feel has the best quality. Delsym just feels fake and staticy. Don't do ccc aka. Coriciden cough and cold. It's probably the most heard of but also the most dangerous. And it pisses me off when people say," get some real drugs"
.. haha go and take 600 mg of DXM and you'll understand. Dangerous levels of DXM are known to be 1800+ also known as the 5th plateau. It is seldomly heard of that people get up there but has happened. Frankly the thought scares me.
 
I've tripped multiple times on DXM (Doses ranging from 300-900mg)... That's not what this thread is about at all. It's purely about Duract... I have a stomach tumor and guai wouldn't be good at all for my stomach.
 
I personally think its all a matter of preference. I compare it like this, there's different kinds of weed and some give you slightly different highs but its all still weed. Well when it comes to DXM, it's Linda the same way. CCC feels different than mucinex, and that feels different than robo. But it's all still a DXM high. The reason why I assume most people stay away from zicam is because it is the most god awful thing to ever be tasted by human lips. But anyways, try them all and find out what you like. My personal favorite though is coricidin cough & cold.
 
i generally think dxm is pretty gay. I have had good expereiences and bad expereinces. Mostly, its just a shit drug
 
Dxm has left me with some of the greatest introspective trips in my life and definitely had a positive influence on me personally, I'm sorry that you don't get these same effects when you take dxm, but please for the love of god, this forum isn't anything to do with DXM opinions... It's about Duract for crying out loud!
 
^ I think the issue you're facing is most people who are answering haven't tried this brand of DXM. I'll add it to the thread title to see if that changes anything.

I'm adamant someone will be able to elaborate on whether or not sublingual administration of DXM, which bypasses first-pass metabolism, will eliminate your GI issues.

I don't think Duract are intended for sublingual use, they are a "rapidly disintegrating" oral tablet, meaning you put them in your mouth, they quickly dissolve and you swallow, I believe. Were you thinking of taking them sublingually? Or do you just mean that you might assume that a significant portion of the drug would be absorbed in the mouth as opposed to the stomach?

(first time using these not dxm) they are 30mg DXM per tablet and there are 12 in each pack so its 360 per pack. I have tripped DXM (only Cordicidin and the Robo gels) 3 times and had a blast, but just cant figure out why these tasty tabs dont work??? As you already know they are 30mg's of DXM per tab with no other actives in them... dumbfounded I guess works as an adjective...really just looking to enjoy a Friday night on the xbox.

I have been doing dxm for a while and just got off a break from it. Just today, I tried these Duract max strength cough tablets, thinking that a dissolvable tablet of Dxm would be much more pleasurable than gels or syrup. I was wrong. I started with 180mgs at 7:30, then the 120 more at 8. I decided to wait the 30 minutes because they where rather dry. I then went the next 9 hours in an odd state of high 1st plateau, when I knew I should have gotten 2nd. It was as if his trip slowly creeped in and stopped too low.

As you can see, results are mixed at best (although DXM tends to be that way in general), and no one seems to specifically mention whether there was any less nausea compared to DXM syrup.
 
Maybe this is something I will just have to experience to find out the details, as drugs do effect people differently... IME 300mg of DXM has been enough for a strong plateau 2, which isn't consistent with most users. Please leave this thread open for now and I can post results for any other curious users... I do plan on taking them sublingually.
