Dxm(duract cough)

Just got a container of duract it has 12 powdered lozenges, previously I have had bad experiences with duract not working. Has anyone had the same experience?. Also is there anything i can do to help make them work better

Duracet lozenges and others like it in my experience don't absorb very well. You're better off just getting syrup or gels that contain DXM only, but taking a shot of liquor with them or adding some PEG to your dose should make them absorb better.
