What is a good frame to build off of when you want to start cycling?

Also what is the best age?

I would like to be at about 230lbs by the time I'm 22 at somewhere around 6 - 8% body fat ideally.

Vin diesel is about 220 lbs at like 10% body fat. I think he's a decent image of what to shoot for if you don't want to look like you cycle.

I started cycling at age 6 when my dad first took the training wheels of my little ride tricycle. I got my first drop handle bared 10 speed when I was 11, then I gave up riding a bike all together as soon as I got my driving license at 17.

Vin Diesel is fat. Start cycling once you reach your maximum genetic potential naturally.

I had a tricycle at the age of 3.... does that count..? Otherwise I think stabilizers came off at about 6....

Hahahaha! Fucking amazing post.

Haha love it guys.

Nah honestly dude, save the juice/gear/sauce/cycling, whatever you wanna call it, untill you've gained yourself a solid foundation. In the end you'll be cheating yourself and wasting your time. Do some research on it first before you hit it, trust me.

You have to learn to crawl, then walk, then run. In that order. You'll be surprised what a change in diet and training routine and a few other tweaks to youre lifestyle anf the addition of USEFUL supplements can do to your physique.

Whats your current trainign routine, diet, sleep patterns and supplement usage like? Once you have that down first you'll notice big changes in your physique. Bodybuilding is much more complicated than it seems and it takes time and knowledge. Juice is a tool and you have to know how to use it properly and be in the correct position to use it.

Haha best post in SD in a long time...
To the OP, give it a few years of solid training before you decide to venture into the world of AAS. During this time start doing a lot of research on steroids and how they are properly used, side effects ect, there's a lot more to AAS than sticking a needle in your bum and eating some pills so make sure you know what you are doing.
Won't comment on age as I'm 20 and currently on a cycle

When it comes to what age is the proper one to start cycling you're going to find a variety of opinions. In the end, it really comes down to the individual and not a distinct number of years someone must reach first.
There are cases where someone took them at a young age and suffered from terrible sides, but this also happens as you get older. I've seen a study on another anabolic forum that shows older men having a harder time with certain sides of recovery while younger men were recovering easier, this makes sense in a way as you get older it would make sense that your HPTA won't be as strong in terms of starting back up again.
However, everyone is unique, if you want to cycle i'd first make sure to have a solid diet, workout, and clear progression. This isn't neccessarily because if you do steroids without these things that you'll become fatally ill, it's because without these things you're wasting your money getting steroids only to lose the gains later on in PCT or Post PCT.
If you feel you can truly make the most out of steroids at the stage you're currently at and you feel as if you need that extra boost then by all means do the research and learn how to safely cycle. I know people that have been cycling since they were in high school for years on end with little to no sides and recovered even without a pct years later. I also know people that cycle just a few times and end up on HRT, in the end its up to you and whether or not you think its worth the risk vs reward.

However, in my opinion looking at your stats, i'd wait a little while longer to gain more weight and lower your bodyfat. There's more you can do with your body at this moment that doesn't require steroids. Does this mean that steroids won't get you there faster? No, of course they would. But when deciding to do steroids don't just consider the muscle building effects, you have to take into account the hit it does on your immune system, your lipids, liver/kidneys if you're taking orals, etc.

If you can make gains without damaging your body, you really should. However, you're also an adult so you'll do what you want. Just research and try to learn the most you can before hand.

Definitely not. Then again it depends which movie you're referring to. His role as Toretto in the first F&F is totally attainable naturally.
I'd also say in triple x his appearance can be attained naturally forreal. most of his movies I'd say with diet, proper routine, and half decent genetics you could achieve that look.

I've heard 24, but it depends on your stats, years of experience training, and how much gains you are getting off OTC supps that are very effective when used properly. I had steroidal like gains from Gaspari Size-On stacked with SuperPump and lots of protein shakes and hard workouts, no joke, but with the juice I was 20lbs past that in a matter of a month (3 years later). If creatine, NO2, glutamine, protein, etc aren't enough, try a natty test booster not some BS new formula that claims it is natural and see how you respond. Be ready to research proper PCT, especially if you want to start as early as possible. I did my first cycle the month before I turned 24 but I had already been an all american collegiate athlete 4 years earlier and trained since age 14 extensively with supplements. It is ultimately your decision but be smart about it and think long term.

You should wait til 24+ I'd say.
I started at the age of 15. Today I am 30. From age 18-21 I was on steroids without going off, do I regret it? Meh, not really. It was a bad choice to get so many scar tissues in my muscles from injecting but my genetics for health and recovery are very good compared to my genetics of building muscles. Bloodwork was done 4 times during this period 18-21 and once during my tren a cycle(did 600mg/week) and results came back amazing, nothing was wrong with my health. after my period 18-21 I went off cold turkey, I was still able to function in sex just did not have any interest in it but after about 2-3months it started to come back to me. did not lose that much. this is all thanks to my genetics for recovery and health, must say I've seen people build alot better than i did lol but hell we all cant be the best musclebuilder.

keep it simple, wait til ur 24 and do not extend your cycle more than 10-12weeks. train hard n eat hard and u will grow.

25 years old I will suggest using very little for starters, but I prefer 30 years old then you can really blast.

Anyone that gives you an exact age is a complete moron, an illogical one. You should start cycling when you have done an enormous amount of research about AAS. Not just want their "called" but their profiles, including to some info regarding their chemistry. You should also have some knowledge pertaining to chemistry relative to said topic. Be familiar with ancillaries and when to use them. Also, do not use if you are unwilling to spend the lousy 50$ to get blood work done. Most importantly before you do anything and the ultimate factor, determine if you have naturally low testosterone. You can find out discreetly for 50$, if you have severely low T, no matter what age you are, you should .....oh you can see where I am going with this.
