I'm here procrastinating, I need to get a job application done, it's one of the annoying ones where they basically need you to retype your entire life history in their system, then upload a resume, I hate this, more annoying is that the site automatically logs you out after an hour, so all the info I put before I need to submit again. Deadline is tomorrow.

Postman just arrived, I hoped it would be my 4-FA, but it was more kratom, so now I'm even slower and lazier than I was before. It's bad when you need some type of upper to do even the most menial task. Oh well

It's fucked up a few weeks ago I was talking on Skype with my uncle in Damascus, I have some family still left there, and you could hear gun shots and explosions in the background, they had a generator going as the power was out as usual, and you could hear the shots over the noise of the generator. He said it's almost constant now, they go on at night as well.
 
Will mugz ever finish his charity thing? I log on and it seems like a mugz 'multicolored swap shop' !

I reckon my CV is fine, I was at a job fair in the UAE two weeks ago and this recruitment guy went through it and helped me improve it slightly, but thanks.

Forgot how nice kratom feels, had a six month break, just chewed and ate ten grams of red vein Thai, a bit nauseated but lovely feeling. Would have been good if the 4-FA had arrived though, would do the job application in a second.
 
Makes me think of how it must have been to live through the blitz, any blitz :( my nerves couldn't have coped.

Just seen a guy who must have been 40 if he was a day wobbling uncertainly round a b.ball court on a skateboard all on his own. Wanted to tell him how awesome he was or give him a a kiss but he looked embarrassed enough to be spotted as it was.

What a fucking amazing day it is out there, the upside of having perpetually crappy weather is we appreciate days like this all the more. vit D free for all, go get yours EADDers, even if its just a spliff on the back step :)
 
shitty cold and grey here today :(

was lovely yesterday, went down the allotment with my son....really warm and sunny, dunno what to do today

UAE is a bit vague :) - I remember reading a post a while ago about somebody visiting family in Lebanon - was that you?

Does it look like both sides are beginning to realise noone is going to come out on top and start entering into a bit of realistic dialogue? I read the other day russian arms manufacturers announced the still intend to honor deals set up with the government there.
 
Octopus is delicious. Need to cook it slow. There's only the stomach sac you don't want to eat, rest of it is delicious.
